Everytime I go here for a shoe and i mean everytime. I give them the shoe size I want and I get no response from 20 min or a update. Like a hey we don't have those shoes would be great to know. SERVICE IS JUST A BUNCH OF NON WORKERS STANDING AROUND AND TALKINY TO EACH OTHER

I had the pleasure of being helped by Jaz this evening. She immediately greeted my son and I and made sure he got the size he needed. Her attentiveness had us in and out which was great for me. We’ll be returning in the future.

At approximately 7:20 PM of today 01/23/2024, me and my husband went shopping for some shoes at this finish line in Grapevine Mall. Upon checkout, the sales associate, the African American woman with an afro, cashier number 03888358 to be exact presented us with the most unnecessary attitude for means that we could not comprehend. This woman was showing a fake smile and giggle when asking us to leave her a 4. While in the middle of the transaction she was being pushy for us to hurry up which again made no sense because there was no line. We were trying to understand more about the survey she asked us if we'd choose to complete then processed to have a flirtatious comment to the young male associate. This was completely unethical and unprofessional due to the fact that we were standing right there. I don't understand as to why work in an environment doing customer service and provide terrible representation on how a customer should be treated. We will not be shopping with this line anymore yet alone feel comfortable attending this mall.I expect further action to be proceeded with and for this matter not to be taken lightly.If you would like to be disrespected this is the perfect shoe store to attend. It is beyond upsetting knowing this is how my day would end.

If this had 0 stars I would click it!! Horrible experience exchanging shoes. Train your employees properly. If you are looking for shoes AVOID this place!! I will NEVER buy shoes from this place again. Buyers I am warning you. Unorganized and unprofessional store!

Today I witnessed the most ridiculous scam done, I saw some tennis shoes for $45, I asked for my size then I went to the payment line, it was long when I went to pay they were charging me $60 but they had a price of $45, well while I was in line They changed the prices and I couldn't really do anything. Is this necessary for $15, do they really want to steal $15 from the public? I will never return to this store ever again.

Had a terrible experience in this store. This store needs everyone to be re trained on how to be respectful. A rude women came up to me being all disrespectful. If I was you, I’ll be taking my own money to some other shoe store who respects anyone like footlocker. Champs and showplace .

Rude staff.. I was trying the first pair of shoe that I like and it was not the right size for me.. the sales man rolled his eyes on me when I asked for the other size.. just go to footlocker

I wanted to put zero stars because I came to the store and I was trying on the shoe and I coworker wearing a pink shirt told me to take off the shoe and she was yelling at me and racing her voices at me . She was so rude.

5-24Wish I could give negative 0 stars. Worst interaction with Finish Line employees. All but 1 employee was helpful. The other 2 ladies were rude and seem bothered by any request. Really I had every intent to buy some shoes but with such poor customer service I walked out & went to Champs. They were more than helpful in every way.

Sales associates make themselves unavailable to customers. They group together in the center of the store to talk and ignore customers. Not once did I have a sales associate come to me and ask if we needed assistance. I had to go look for an associate who was conversing with another employee in order to get a shoe size.

Walked in to exchange some shoes I purchased online. Lady at the counter took my information and brought the size requested. I put the shoes on and walked out the store, about 1 minute later I have someone snatch my box I'm carrying from behind. The employee who identified as a manager accused me of stealing immediately. Mind you the woman got the info and kept my shoes and gave me the new size. I supposedly did not complete the transaction which I did not know and I accepted my mistake. The manager kept antogonizing and became confrontational when I was speaking calmly. He kept accusing me of stealing. I bought these shoes from finish line online and had my receipts. Overall my biggest issue was you don't confront a customer that way. You don't snatch a box and accuse them of stealing over a simple mistake. His peers had to hold him back because he kept trying to get in my face. What type of customer service is that and he's the supposed manager?
