We have spent a lot of time in this Ferguson's working on building our new home. Friendly staff, but in particular, Asia is so knowledgeable about lighting, sinks, faucets...everything! Has been a life saver to us as we have sorted through dozens and dozens of design choices.

My husband and I were taking a gentleman to test drive a car and stopped in this strip mall to discuss logistics, while they were talking I decided to go inside Ferguson to use the restroom not knowing what kind of store it was until I walked in. Never have I in my life walked out of a restroom wanting to purchase a $6200 toilet until that day. Lol. Laughing about this to myself I proceeded to tell my husband and the gentleman who was purchasing the vehicle. They both laughed even harder come to find out the gentleman purchasing the vehicle builds/sold commercial restrooms so he appreciated a good toilet lol.

While the staff are helpful, the store doesn't have a wide variety of products so you will likely end up shopping with an representative online. The display fixtures are geared towards residential areas. For commercial options, it's better to go online.

The Good (The Bad below): The Showroom is fantastic and had quite a variety of things to look at. You can get lost easily! The staff was extremely nice and while at the store I felt like I was getting a premium experience.The Bad: The freight company that delivered a large item dropped the pallet (with damaged and incorrect product on it) on our driveway and left. They didn't ring the doorbell and it was sitting outside for a few hours. Ferguson did refund the incorrect item, but they also left me with an errand and a to-do list. When I complained about the freight company to Ferguson, I got the standard line of "We contract delivery with various third parties."I get that, but this one should be reviewed because the premium experience stopped the second that pallet was dropped off and that reflects on Ferguson, not the freight company.

Jackie was excellent to work with. Had good ideas and her experience helped us not make a selection that would not have complemented our vision. Great personality and very knowledgeable!! Highly recommend.

I went in desperately trying to figure out and find what I needed. Have spent three weeks looking online and different stores. I have a whole house remodel, and trying to pick tasteful pieces that showcase the beauty of the home while not making errors in choices. Neutral and welcoming! I got lucky (although you can’t go wrong with any of the staff) but I have the pleasure of working with Jackie. She is knowledgeable, patient, personable and easy to work with.. I left having the utmost respect and reassurance that the choices I make and order are what is right for me and my home. If you want exceptional customer service and knowledge, go in and let them guide you!

Seemed that the showroom was under construction but the sales person was very unconcerned and did not want to answer questions or provide insight.We went to Home Depot and found what we wanted and bought it there.

Using Ferguson with my new construction buildStephanie and Kaitlin have been amazing to work with.Great experience so far. Very helpful staff overall. Beautiful showroom. Competitive pricing. Will find you what you are looking for.Some advice to others:Best way to communicate is thru email. They get back to you in a timely manner. They are busy with appointments and other work related responsibilities. A lil patience and understanding goes a long way.

This is a great way to do one stop shopping and get all your needs at one time.However, my advice would be to have them make your list, take it home, comparison shop if wanted...but be very very certain of what you want before placing your order.We had to change a couple of items on our order, and it was difficult to get sorted. The changes resulted in a refund to me, but Ferguson never explained why the refund I calculated and the one they gave were different.The sheet they gave me to take home after I paid included NO prices! They did give an invoice with prices to my contractor which I was able to compare to the new one. They added an additional item on my changed order. I refused delivery a couple of weeks ago and STILL have no refund.We had a problem getting our bathroom vanity light. It took much much longer than the other products. It was also the only item shipped UPS instead of being brought over by Ferguson directly.The service was great in the showroom but did not follow up afterwards. So, if you are not in a rush for your big project, takes your time. Go more than once if needed. Comparison shop, and be SURE you have ordered what you want.

I have used Ferguson's for many years for quality faucets, I will be looking elsewhere from now on. Customer service and knowledge no longer seem to exist there. I went to the Grapevine location to order 3 faucets for a house that is out of town. I was told that it delivery was next day, and I planned to be there with a plumber lined up to install them. Once I was there, I checked online to see why the faucets weren't delivered, and delivery was not for 3 more days! If I had been told that this location would take longer, I could have had them delivered to my home and taken them there, or made different arrangements. The problem was that I couldn't be there during the delivery date, so $1,100 would be sitting on the front porch for a week! I was able to get the package rejected, but Ferguson's charge me a return delivery fee. This was their error, so I should not have been charged anything! oh, and they are Builder.com, so if you use the website you get the same service.
