I called to place an order because I will be in Grapevine tomorrow and don’t have time to find something along the way. I got the runaround with the automated system and then because I don’t have an account was told to go online to place an order, and then said, have a nice day and hung up on me. Very disappointed. I’d like to talk to a person to get what I need while driving to the next job.

This place has become a joke. The inventory is sparse at best, the staff only knows how to look up part numbers. Numerous times I have ordered materials only to come back days later to find out they were never ordered. It's sad when home Depot is a more reliable source for fasteners.
