Female manager there is one of the most rude people you can ever meet. Staff was friendly but the way she was treating me, the staff seemed embarrassed.
I just asked a simple question and the attitude came immediately unprompted. What a bitter women, I hope she finds some joy in life soon.

Stopped through for a quick refill — gas and vibes. Store was decent, had the essentials, and the flow of traffic wasn’t too bad. Restroom could use a little more attention, but I’ve seen worse. You can grab what you need and keep it moving. Louie K’s Up stamped for a basic pit stop.💯

Whoever the female is that works there is rude and not only did I walk out, I got my gas somewhere else. Maybe a manager the way she snapped her fingers at a clerk. Nah. Won’t return.

Guys behind the counter are rude, think they are something special. I guess they think they are not in their "old" country. Rude to my wife, I used to fuel here every week.

I often find myself fueling up at this Exxon in Grapevine. It's conveniently located for me on trips that way, and they usually have competitive gas prices compared to other stations nearby. The pumps are generally well-maintained, and the store inside is stocked with all the road trip essentials. I've never had a negative experience with the staff, although they're not overly chatty. Overall, this is a perfectly reliable place to grab gas and snacks if you're in the Grapevine area.

Wow. Very poor service. Who ever the Asian lady is was very rude. “Can I use Apple Pay at this location, if not I also have a card” her response while filing her eyes was “I guess..”. Apple Pay didn’t work (which is fine) and as I was finishing up I said “no receipt needed” and she proceeds to try and hand it to me without looking me in the face, showing she wasn’t paying attention. After I politely repeated myself she rolled her eyes again and grunted. Lady if you don’t like customer service even to people that are extremely polite to you, you’re in the wrong industry. Shame, I wanted to try the gas station food. Guess I’ll keep on driving next time.
