Ben was great, he was nice and attentive. It’s hard to find a good nail place that can do my nails short with the shape that I like. I would definitely recommend and come back!
Edit** Ben will forever be the best! Kind, quick and talented! Added a couple more pictures of his work, you can show him an inspo picture and he gets it right away.

I recently visited Elite Nails and Spa, hoping for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience, but was met with disappointment. From the outset, the customer service was notably subpar, diverging greatly from the welcoming and attentive atmosphere one would expect from a salon of this nature. The staff's approach to upselling was both overt and lacking in finesse, detracting from the overall experience.
Moreover, the salon seemed to be operating without the guiding hand of a genuine manager, leading to a noticeable lack of professionalism among the staff. This absence of leadership and oversight was evident in the chaotic environment and the staff's approach to client interactions.
Given the multitude of options available in the area, my advice to potential patrons is to seek out alternative establishments.

When i first walked in they were friendly and welcoming, when i sat down he kept trying to get me to get gel polish but it was $20 extra so i decided to not get it but throughout my pedicure he kept making comments about the gel polish but i already said i didn't want it. He worked very fast and even cut my cuticle so bad it took him awhile to get it to stop bleeding. About 6 hours later when i changed into my pjs all of my left toes were messed up he did not let the polish dry before putting the top coat on. Next time i will just go to my usual salon even if there is a long wait because this is unacceptable. I started to question did he purposely do this because i did not want gel?

Love coming here, Ben and everyone else is so accommodating and kind. They always make sure your nails are perfect. Very relaxed vibe and place has great prices. Will definitely be back!!!

Life saviors on Christmas Eve they were closing but stayed open when I called!! They did my nails and my mom’s eyelashes! Super sweet!

Would definitely recommend!!! I was a walk in for me and my friend to get a set put on. They were quick to get us in and were able to match my nails to the nails I wanted. Ben was amazing!!!
