“I took some old diamond jewelry that I never wear & I was shocked at how much they paid me! I am slowly getting rid of 2 huge storage units that are full of old, but everything is in great shape. The 2 girls that were assisting me were great! They both greeted me when I walked in the door & immediately wanted to know what they could help me with. Back in the day, when I worked a retail job with The Limited & Saks 5th Avenue, we were trained to great people as they came in just like these 2 gals did! I noticed! I've also notice most retailers these days do not train their people to greet customers. So I was impressed with Cash America's training! With 19,000~employees in 3,000~ stores, it is amazing that they are able to be consistent in how they run the sales floor, etc. in 3,000. Keep up the good work, ladies!”
“This is my favorite 711 period. The staff is always pleasant and very friendly. The store is tremendously clean, and they always have the items I need in stock. The variety of items they have is also impressive. Hands down one of my favorite places to go in the AM for my drink and smokes. They always start my day off with a smile!”
