I had a noon appointment and they took my car right away. They gave me an estimate and once they further investigated they realized I needed a special light bulb replacement. They gave me an updated quote and stated they ordered the new bulb and it should be there within the hour. It arrived and was out there in a total of 1 hour and 45 minutes and the cost was the 2nd quote which was $150 cheaper then the Audi dealership
First time there and will definitely use them for an my Audi q5 maintenance/repairs

What a wonderful experience with the team at Drivers Edge on Glade. Super friendly and professional, and the gentleman at the desk was especially helpful. Incredibly honest and with a desire to help, I would def recommend this shop.

Staff was great and helpful. Came there cause I needed an oil change and on the way to the store, my car’s temperature light came on while driving down the highway. So I stopped there because it was the closest place to go. They did the oil change and ran a short diagnostic. When the diagnostic didn’t immediately come up with why the temp light had come on they didn’t charge me for the diagnostic. They topped off the coolant and said if it happens again, to bring the car back when I can drop the car off to give them more time to fully look into why it had gotten so hot.

They charged us $225 for a diagnostic text on our car air conditioner. Before the the change over this place was friendly and reasonable.
