I was there a few weeks ago when someone stole something and when they confronted the person who stole, the stealers got mad even though they stole. They were being rude to the staff but they remained calm and polite. After all the commotion they helped me get what I wanted and treated me well. I got 2 Rilakkuma plushies that my gf loves! I come here often and it never disappoints! I don’t understand the bad reviews.

I love, love, love this store but I wish you guys could invest in a better card reader. It struggled to read a visa gift card that I had and it was a headache for both me and the employee so I just ended up using my normal card. Regardless, I still really love this store and I love how the inventory is always updated and there is new stuff every time I come in.

The employees are so helpful! I dont understand the bad reviews about the staff because every time I come in, the employees are so friendly and easy to talk to. To be fair, I am biased because I regularly come here and talk to the employees. They are so sweet.Despite that, this store has a variety of hard to find Japanese brands. AND THEY CARRY MIFFY MERCH NOW. They also have Mofusand and Sanrio! So much hard to find quality Sanrio it’s basically the go to Sanrio store in the mall. Seriously hard to find things for good prices. I’d rather buy here than wait months for something I cannot inspect in person online.

If you've ever been to DotDotBang, you know what you're always going to get in the way of product selection. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. They offered to help my friend find some specific figures that couldn't find in any other stores. They also has excellent sales and discounts.

When we walked in, we were instantly followed around the store. My niece picked something up that was already in pieces and when it hit the floor, the employee was already standing next to us, so she picked it up. Then she stated that she was just ensuring her initial thought that it was broken and I would have to pay for it. Mind you, it literally fell into pieces the moment it was picked up. Which means it was already broken when we picked it up. I was forced to pay for this $19 light up toy that was already broken to begin with. DO NOT EVEN ENTER.

Always finding cute stuff in here!! One of my go-tos when I visit the mall! A little expensive, but waaaay cheaper than the other places I've found selling the same/similiar stuff. Love it!

This store deserves no stars, this store is a scam. I was also scammed into paying for something. The store is full and disorganized, some things looked old and the item I paid for was a display item that looked mishandled and worn out. I've never experienced this kind of treatment. This store does not belong at grapevine mills mall.

This is my daughter’s and my favorite place to look around at all the awesome items they have in this mall. From anime to kawaii products, you never know what great items you might find in here. The staff there are super friendly and helpful!

Staff is excellent and always willing to help. They make you feel really comfortable!! Very knowledgeable about current trends, anime, pop culture etc.

My daughter’s friend was harassed by the owner asking her where she put a small box that she was looking earlier. I went and asked him what was going on and he said he had a “footage” and asked her to show him where she put the box. Embarrassed she went and showed him where it was, but the one embarrassed was HIM when she found it at the same place where she put it back!!!!I don’t understand these people why they are so paranoid about people stealing specially if you are NOT ASIAN. I apologized to my daughter’s friend for this awful experience since this man didn’t have the courtesy to do it. She is only 12 years old!. Do not support this store if you are Hispanic or Black.They NEVER admit they are wrong and will make up ANY excuse/story like the negatives reviews here. Send me the footage.

Took my daughter here for her birthday. They were followed around and everthing they touch the lady said she had to hold for them to buy. My daughter took a stuffed animal and the string came out the back. She threatened my daughter that she had to pay because she broke it. The stuff animals a cheaply made that even a touch caused the hook to come out. When I asked to speak to the manager and explained the situation she became combative arguing with me saying you break you buy. I explained it was a small stuffed animal and it was poorly made and there was no sign saying you break you buy. She replied, "Well, common sense if you break you buy. I got mad and refunded the other items my daughter purchased and she kept following throwing insults. I ask her to leave me alone and allow the other nice lady and gentle man to help us but she keep making comments saying she doesn't have to stop bothering me her family owned this store. She even accused me a black women of being racist. No racist was you following my daughter and her friends around not letting them touch anything. This was the manager. The other employees asked to help me and wanted her to leave the store. She even went so far as to getting in my face to say what are you going to do about. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I will not be back and will file a complaint. Hopeful someibe talks to her about her customer service skills. I would have recorded it but my nieces and her friends were teriffied.

Me and my kid's favorite store at Grapevine Mills! Staff are very friendly and helpful. They always have good and unique selection with affordable price.

This place has a lot of really cute things both licensed and not. I understand theres a lot of kids that come in to steal but the workers stand around and stare without offering to help.

My 8 yr old daughter told me to give this place 5 stars because it has everything. We went to multiple anime type stores and this was by far her favorite.

My daughter loved it and all the hello kitty stiff reminded me if my childhood. Can get the same stiff on Amazon for cheaper but its more for the experience
