They would not take their eyes off of my son and I, as if we were stealing. Down to the point as we’re walking out the door, lo and behold an employee right there by us. SO uncomfortable and unnecessary. The last employee BLATANTLY made sure to look into my son’s bag on both sides of him. I told her if she needed to check it she was more than welcome to. There needs to better protocols for situations like this. Highly unsatisfying and disappointing experience.

Can’t get anyone to answer the phone. The recording says hit zero and when you do it has the error tone. Would be nice to see if they have items before driving the 40 minutes.

Please stop adding gays and Trans not everyone wants to see that. I used to like Disney more but now I am scared that your gonna want to force children to think that is okay and it's not. So please stop

Francisco and everyone else was very friendly and helpful! Went in to find my daughter a princess dress and swimming outfits and she loved it!

Absolutely wonderful staff! Everyone is so welcoming and kind! They make you feel special from the moment you come in until the second you walk out. Great deals on top of being treated like royalty. You can’t ask for more than that! That store is magical and the place I go when I can’t be at the parks.

Word of advice: come to this store before any trip to Disney. Buy all your Disney gear here ahead of time and you will save $$. You’ll thank me later when you see some of the same items that are at the outlet, are still sold at the Disney parks for full mark up. Agree with other reviews that they should offer shopping bags for free, so minus a star for that.

Always find amazing items & deals. Wish they had a dressing room & wish there were more locations still open, but I LOVE coming here!

One of the few remaining Disney stores. Saw lots of stuff from the parks and decent deals. Lacks the magic of earlier iterations of Disney stores.
