This is where above and beyond service lives. The manager definitely have ownership of the place, he cares and the show. Even when I arrive at closing time, he was happy to see me.

Great experience with this Discount Tire. I made an appointment but was running late, and they still got me in and out within an hour so I could get to work on time! Nathan came out in the rain and met me at my vehicle and made sure I was taken care of. He kept me informed throughout the process and definitely earned a repeat customer.

After getting new tires, my car no longer feels like I'm driving the space shuttle during re-entry. It also cut down the road noise from Cat 5 hurricane to a tropical storm. Great staff and job done in less than an hour! Kudos all around.

They are not as busy as other discount tires in my experience. Especially first thing in the morning. Discount tire's warranty has always taken care of me. Love discount tire!!

Dylan went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and had what I needed to get safely back on the road. Very friendly. A little bit longer than usual wait (Jose didn’t seem to be having a good day) but still a good experience lol.

I have been a discount tire customer since 2009 (my parents brought me to one inOdessa, Tx with my first truck). All stores are consistent with their awesome customer service. I now live in Coppell and this is the closest location to my job. Staff is always knowledgeable, polite and friendly. NEVER has a Discount tire employee been rude! I will continue to get my tires from them as they offer removal of nails and free tire rotations! Oh and free air checks!
