I would give 0 * Stars if possible for the Service in the Pharmacy. The Woman working there are so rude, I would call it discrimination. They were not helpful, rude, after making 2 trips to pickup 5 prescriptions. They told me to call my insurance company again! And make a third trip! I suggested she make a quick call for the Bin/Group number as I had everything else. She flat out sent me away without even I’m sorry for the inconvenience.
I’m tired of the Eastern Culture working everywhere and I see them take all the time in the world with their own people. However, if you are a white woman, I think they would spit on you if they could get away with it. I do not recommend this Pharmacy and look at how many stars it has.
That speaks volumes!

CVS buy and pick up in store is fantastic. Very easy to use, fast turnaround for pick up, and product is always available. I love CVS.

I purchased a few cosmetic items and less than 24 hours later went to return them due to the color not matching. As stated on the website CVS has a 100% money back guarantee, and the manager told me she would not allow me to return the items because it was up to her discretion to accept my return. Do not go to this location, as they do not honor their company policies. If I would’ve known all cosmetic items were final sale I would never have bought any.

I transferred all my prescriptions to the CVS close by because of how consistently rude the pharmacists are here. Take your scripts elsewhere! Not worth dealing with horrible service from miserable people working in the pharmacy

Nobody answers the phones and the one time I get a hold of someone they tell me they are busy and forwarded me to voicemail. I show up to get my medication and the drive thru window is covered in cardboard boxes to force people to come inside. Once inside they informed me the drive thru is closed due to “construction” but there is absolutely no signs of construction or any reason to have the drive thru closed. Terrible customer service. There’s a dozen nearby pharmacies so I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I absolutely love my local CVS! The staff here are consistently friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond to make sure I have everything I need. They are always informative, whether it’s about over-the-counter medications or prescription details. The store is well-stocked with a variety of items—OTC meds, supplies, candy, gift cards, makeup, and those last-minute necessities. It’s always clean and organized, making for a pleasant shopping experience.
One thing I really appreciate is how well they collaborate with my veterinarian for my cat’s seizure medications. It’s reassuring to know they’re as invested in my pet’s health as mine. Plus, the medication reminders and ease of using the CVS app make managing prescriptions so convenient.
Highly recommend this location! They’ve earned my loyalty with their exceptional service.

I'm honestly shocked at how low of a rating this place has! Looking at some of the reviews it seems like it has to do with the pharmacy I don't ever go to the pharmacy here so I don't know but the store employees on the floor are absolutely amazing 😍 they're always so sweet and friendly

After having used Walgreens the last twenty years my insurance company no longer has them as a preferred pharmacy so I made the switch to the CVS on Hall Johnson Rd in Grapevine. Since I noticed a lot of negative reviews I was expecting the worst but to my surprise the pharmacy folks were both friendly and helpful and that goes also to the store cashier. Don't believe everything you read...find out for yourself.

Chay is amazing ( pharmacy manager)!!!! But the other lady pharmacist always has an attitude and then plays the victim. I was shorted insulin, the lady wanted to argue with everything I said to her, I tried to explain to her what I was saying and she cut me off multiple times. Told me it was my fault I should have paid attention to how many I got. Even tho both her and my doctors office both said I wouldn’t know how many boxes it would be only they knew that. I then asked for a store number and she told me “ ma’am you pick up your prescriptions you should know the store number” which resulted in me telling her to watch how she talks to me or get pop in the nose. No I should not have said that but for me to get blamed for a screw up on their part does not sit lightly with me. Was finally able to get my insulin but only because Chay helped me. If it was up to the other lady I would have no insulin until August. She told every manager in that store I threatened her, but when I tell these people to listen to the call recordings now everyone sees why. Terrible customer service from this woman everytime I deal with her. If you hate your job find a new one please. Won’t be going back, I will transfer all my meds to Kroger. Caphne is the woman pharmacist name really do think she should be moved or fired. Charging someone insurance for something and not giving it to them because you can’t split up the box is illegal!!!! THEY SHORTED ME A 2 week supply of life saving meds and i was told it was my fault. WATCH YOUR SCRIPTS AND MEDS GOD KNOWS HOW MANY PEOPLE THIS HAS BEEN DONE TO. Called today 2/8/2024 and was told I neglected to make sure I had refills for my insulin. That I just have declined that option on the screen. I pick up outside in drive thru not inside and that’s why I didn’t know. It’s Friday dr office closed today and not one person at this location let anyone know before hand that there was no refills. Used to get text messages for this kind of thing now I get nothing. Pharmacist says per CVS policy they don’t do automatic refills for anything that is out of stock which is a lie I got a text abt my thyroid meds having no refills when I picked it up two days ago. This pharmacist doesn’t care abt you not having your meds not one bit they hardly do their job and let you know anyway. Said they have no way of knowing you have no refills left they the drive thru. THAT IS A HUGE RED FLAG

The store manager helped check me out and made sure I had all of my 75% off discounts. She also told me how to use the CVS app next time to get all of the coupons when I check out loaded on the app. This way I can get the discounts even if I forget to bring in the coupon. She was so helpful!

Avoid this pharmacy. This is the closest to my house and I have put up with it because of proximity. Today I had to visit an Urgent Care and the prescription was called in there. Upon going to pick it up, I found out that CVS is in some conflict with BCBS (a major provider) they said they would transfer the prescription to my pharmacy if choosing. After 8 hours and no less than 6 calls by me and Walgreens, still no transfer for medication that was needed as quick as possible. The last call, they said it had already been done and when I told them I was standing at the pharmacy and nothing still had been received, CVS said IT HAS ALREADY BEEN DONE. Wouldn't bother to resend or check again. No wonder so many have given them such poor ratings.

Have to give them 3 stars for trying CVS 601 Industrial in Euless drive thru will backup 10 cars at a time , so much so that I find myself in line waiting on industrial to pull into the parking lot much like the Starbucks off of Central drive in Bedford . Text that your scrip is waiting and upon arrival they not only cannot find it .., then realize they never had the scrip in stock . Oh ! and now , it will not arrive for another 2 days . Time to transfer to a different pharmacy.
