Try to avoid this place! Seems like there is no manager. Had to write to the manager about some noisy neighbors and never got a response and this keeps happening it also continues to get louder each time. When I go to the office they always say they will let the manager know. The office has new people that come and go so not sure anything gets done. Also, some people don't clean up after their pets, and have seen quite a few pets off-leash. This is not luxury living as they state! Instead of replying to the bad reviews you have it would be better if you solved the issues.

I have been in Dane park for 3 years and it’s been great times and not so great but the team we have now is amazing. I spoke to Monica about the trash one time and she assured me she would get it taken care of. As you can see people just need patience. Thank you new team for removing the trash. Happy I can wake up now with out smelling trash.

Had a 6-month lease completed it perfectly in January 26th 2024 they've yet to return my deposit which is going to be 1800 plus dollars they've come up with different stories they said they would contact me in my opinion they all right use deception not worth it I've already filed a complaint with the attorney general state of Texas and with the BBB and I'm waiting because I may have to file a lawsuit to get my money back I called that cre

While they want your dogs DNA they do not check feces. Grounds are litter with dog poo. RoachInfestation in building 14. The roaches are awful. Drainage poor in Apt 1413 flooding the patio and rain water almost entered my Apt. I stood outside and swiped water away from my door. According to status in Texas (Ins) this type of rain fall is not covered through FEMA, therefore I could not purchase flood insurance.

I do have to say turn over has happened a couple times that worried me regarding the leasing office. Almost considered leaving, but the communication from the office has been A LOT better. With the relief of my nerves I had actually considered staying another year. Thank you to Ayanna B. for working with me with such hospitality. Not all properties are perfect, but I know the new team in the office has bigger and better changes coming!

Dane Park Grapevine is such an amazing place to live. The community is filled with amazing individuals all around. The thing I love most about this community is that they are always willing to bend over backwards to meet your needs. This area also has plenty of restaurants and is located right off Highway 121, and not to mention, the dfw airport is only about 7 minutes away. I also want to take the time out to give Ayanna B. a major shoutout for coming in and making a big difference in such a short period of time. Love this place!!!!!!

Nick the maintenance tall caucasian dude has to learn some respect.Had a water pipe burst and flooded my whole apt and when nick came to turn off the water he waited until I was in the bathroom corner to accuse me of causing the flood because I had a tool out that I used to try to stop the water. He was very disrespectful, intimidating, and made me very uncomfortable in my own household. I pulled out my phone to record the situation and he immediately walked out and left. The apts realized it was nowhere near my fault and told me to not worry about damages.Not to mention, when the pipe burst I immediately called emergency maintenance (nick on duty that night) and I got no answer or response, I had to call 911 and they had to come out and get ahold of him.

This is the weekly trash mountain. I am charged $38 dollars a month for trash service and I live next to Trash Mountain, TX. Where does all that money go??

Very pleased the new management team has can in. The communication has got better. When you walk in your greeted properly. If you are a dog owner there no other place to live to have a flexible schedule or social life.

Having been here for two years, I initially enjoyed living here, but the frequent changes in management (three or maybe four times) have led to a lack of communication and inefficiency in addressing issues. For instance, despite repeated flooding problems in our apartment and breezeway, no solutions have been implemented. Additionally, when I submitted maintenance requests during a two-week absence, they only addressed the issues on the last day, showing negligence. When I followed up, I was rudely dismissed and told to wait until Monday for further action. Now, they're asking to come when I'm back at work, requiring me to schedule time off for their oversight.

I have lived at Dane park for four months now and it is by far the best apt complex I’ve ever lived in from the amenities to the apt it’s self . Ayanna and the staff are truly amazing . .
