“Excellent customer service. We had items new with tags with the receipt from 2021 and they kindly exchanged the items for new sizes for my mother in law. They also even let us use the coupon on the receipt! The employees were so kind and patient.”

“I came to the mall looking for some new clothes, I had gone to a couple of stores where I was not greeted or even asked if I needed help with anything. Shopping makes me anxious. I went to buckle and was immediately greeted by Justin. I know a lot of people prefer not to be talked to while they shop but I truly needed some help and I didn’t even have to ask here. trace and another young lady helped me ( I want to say her name was Shannon?, sorry if you’re reading this, I can’t remember)They were so friendly and helpful and it really turned my shopping trip around for the better. “This store can be hit or miss on occasion, but lately they have had some jackpots! The staff is so helpful, and ordered me a pair they didn’t have in store, and they were delivered the very next day. Always super clean and organized.”
“Love this place! Happened upon it while checking out Grapevine now I want to go out there just to shop. We purchased several items on the clearance rack and other items off of that rack because we saved so much. I've received so many compliments on the dresses, blouses and jewelry from all ages of women. Totally my style of hippie chic and sexy bohemian. “I'm shocked at how many people review Ross stores... This one is pretty great. I've found decent stuff for my kitchen and some great Christmas gifts here as well.The staff are faster at this Ross than most other Ross stores. For that, I'd highly recommend going here.”

Crew Factory to this Factory Outlet location.) I didn't spend any time shopping in the store but the customer service was on-point.”

“My 16 year old son and I like Zumiez. They have great styles and awesome Customer Service Skills. Romero and a girl with multi-colored hair were extremely helpful.
My son is Autistic and comes to mall at least once a week. He loves Zumiez and always wants to stop in. I could go crazy in that store if I had the money. Everyone come check out Zumiez. It's the spot yo.”

“Huge store! Has a lot of different things but they need to have a better distribution of signs, it's hard to find specific stuff with too generalized signs that are difficult to read from a distance. But the prices are incredibly cheap!
Register is always very slow. For some reason, they have many registers but only three or four open and the lines are between 20-30 minutes. It's NOT a quick stop.”
“This isn't just the best Ross in the area, it might be the best Ross I've ever been in.Most Rosses are depressing and a mess... this one is organized, which a huge selection and great staff. The lines move quickly and the staff are solidly courteous, knowledgable and kind.I'd recommend dropping in here if you're in the area looking for a bargain.”

“This mall was pretty good and has a Meow Wolf inside. The mall is basically set up as a loop and we did not find any areas to cut through from one end to the other. There are a lot of interesting stores like a few Asian and anime ones, a Texas store, and an FYE (I don't think I've seen one for twenty years). I did not care for the food court options, but there are tons of places to eat on the perimeter of the parking lot.”
“If you love Under Armour, then this is your place! This store has a wide selection for the whole family. They are always a lot of new items to choose from. Every time I’ve come here the staff have been absolutely amazing, and super friendly. It’s good to go to a place where people love their job instead of just going through the motions. This store is always clean and well put together. Most of the time there are very good sales going on, so it’s totally worth the drive to come here.”
