Classy Closets was a referral from our realtor (who also personally uses Classy Closets). Jerry promptly came out to measure and talk through our needs. Within days we had a detailed reasonable quote on design software. The Team at Classy Closets were very professional and in 2 days left us with the closet and laundry room of our dreams. I’m confident this alone will boost our resale value. I highly recommend Classy Closets for anyone in need of custom organization.

My husband and I wanted a “facelift” if you will to our garage. Many had stated they wished their garage was as organized as ours but my husband wanted more storage , a slat wall and a work station. We interviewed three businesses. After meeting with the three, Classy Closets won hands down. Jerry Caldwell is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, patient and understanding. We felt comfortable working with Jerry, we never felt rushed and he truly listened to us. Also, we were pleased with the installers, Elliot and Julian were diligent and professional. My husband is soo very happy with his “new” garage, plus we feel we made the right decision hiring Classy Closets!!

We chose Classy Closets because we had worked with them in a previous home and another state. This time they were above and beyond. The closet is GORGEOUS and perfect for us. The built in cabinet in the living room is wonderful also. The broken, unusable kitchen drawer is now "on track". Everyone was professional and friendly and very talented. We would highly recommend Classy Closets in Grapevine TX.

Working with classy closets was a phenomenal experience, and I do mean phenomenal! We loved working with Jerry and his crew. We would give them 10 stars if we could.We shopped around and were frustrated that other companies quoted similar costs, but with those guys, we wouldn't end up with the hang depth or design we wanted. Finding Classy Closets was a game changer!! We were able to get exactly what we wanted for a great price. They offer the type of personalized service that makes you feel like you have a friend in the closet business. Not only do they know their stuff, but they are genuine and kind to boot.We really felt taken care of from start to finish. I can't say enough about Jerry. He is a fantastic, classy guy who went above and beyond to make sure we got our dream closet.Amy was wonderful! We did not have a ton of space. She came out and took the time to understand what our vision for the closet was, then helped us elevate it. We LOVE the end result!!Our installers Eliot and James were also fantastic. They showed up on time, were polite and hardworking, and even finished ahead of schedule. We honestly couldn't be happier.Choose these guys! You won't regret it.

From the visit to our home to go over our wish list, to the drawings, to the communication, to the installation and final product, we are over the moon excited about our new master closet and laundry cabinet and shelving. After reading a review of someone who said they verified they were open and drove all the way there just to find out they were closed, we decided to call and make sure that they have a showroom.We called and verified that they have a showroom and we were told that they were open so we drove an hour each way to go there.When we got there it was closed and when we called the number again the people on the phone told us that it was by appointment only? Why would you list yourselves as open but not put anywhere in your description that someone needs to make an appointment?

Classic Closets re-did the master bedroom closet in our new home. We figured it would be a great time to do it, before we moved everything in, and it was a great decision. They were wonderful to work with in all ways...from deciding exactly what we wanted, to completing the job. They made everything so easy. They transformed our closet in only two days and nearly doubled our usable space. It ended up looking like our closet was built that way from when the house was built. I don't know how they do what they do, but they do, and they do it well! Highly recommended!

This is a great business, I worked with Haley and she was great!! I had a plan and when I went to go to their office to view the layout she hit right out of the park! Exactly what I was looking for, the install is in October looking forward to that.

Says it's open and doors were locked. The phone receptionist stated that they'd be open at 10am. It's noon. I drove almost an hour to get here.

In December and January we had Classy Closets do our master closet and kitchen pantry they did a fantastic our job. Amy did a great job in the designs. The guys installed everything nicely and the owner was very helpful. My one suggestion to everyone is to add the extra backing to your closet system it looks much nicer than seeing the wall. I would definitely use Classy Closets again.Service: Custom closet design & installation
