Tammy Kimber at Classic Chevrolet did not do the proper paper work for the vehicle I purchased from Classic 6 months ago. Vehicle is paid in full (2 months ago) and we are still having issues getting the title. Do not purchase a vehicle from Classic Chevrolet.

I’d give a 0 star review if I could just for the disgusting customer service received today. A fellow upfront ignored two customers, one left and my father stayed. He stood around for almost 5 minutes before receiving attention, finally the guy asked about his parts then lied about them not being present then proceeded to give the wrong parts, despite my father making a call beforehand to another employee to make sure they were there. He then sent my father to another dealership almost 20 miles away, and halfway through the trip there, the original employee getting off his lunch break called and reminded my father about the parts he asked for being present and wondering when my dad will pick them up. Not only did the guy lie about them not being there, saying he checked in the back both personally and electronically, but he sent my father a good twenty miles away. Whether it be intentional or pure negligence this isn’t right.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! THIS PLACE WILL SCAM YOU, DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I went and looked at a vehicle, and it had scratches and gashes, told them i wasnt interested. They said they will fix it and make it look like new again, so i test drove it, and on the test drive check engine light came on and was flashing, they said they was gonna take it to the service shop and find out what was wrong. So i didnt want to do a deal until they figured that out, and they was supposed to call me back and let me know, well they never did, and this was on a saturday, then monday they informed me they sold it that evening. So yall sold it to somebody that didnt even know about the issue.Also Eric Sorto dosnt know a thing about cars, why is he a salesman, didnt even know if a car shows a code, that it should be stored in the computer. Bad place of business, had some young sales manager keep going back and forth, im surprised this place still in business

Bought a car there. I was given the Carfax and assured that all damages had been fixed from a minor accident. Also was told that it was given a pre sale inspection and tune up and everything was perfect. There is still damage to the bumper, quite noticable. There's also a crack in the windshield. The driver side sliding door was broken and I was told warranty will cover it but that's a 200 copay and it should have been fixed before it was sold. The oil, filter, and coolant were definitely not changed. The tired are bald and there's missing hardware on the sliding door lock and shade. The tires were not changed or aligned and again are bald... The inside was surface clean but overall disgusting. There was food or vomit between the seats and on the third row carpet. Overall super disappointed. For a 37,000 used car even as is you'd assume the most basic maintenance would be done like a once over, a good cleaning, tires changed and fluids changed like every other dealership does to used cars. No 3 day mandatory return period which I will be taking up with consumer protection. I definitely recommend going to any other used car dealership.

I had some issues with the plates. My husband spoke to Tammy who wasn’t very friendly or helpful. Either way, I am relieved I purchased at classic. Jason Troutman and Eric Enriquez took care of it so quickly!! You may Shop with confidence here knowing they will make sure you are satisfied. Even after signing the contract, they made sure to do things right for us. Thank you both !!!

I got a 2011 Chevrolet Malibu from here about almost a month ago with the help of Steve. My car is running great, no issues so far. I also drove it 8 hours for a road trip and the car did ammmazinnggg. Ill be returning to purchase a 2nd vehicle.Thanks steve!

This is the second tire that I had to get replaced because of a screw in the side of it. Classic in Grapevine took great care of me both times. They even repaired a third tire that had picked up a nail that day. Thank you Classic

Took 2 weeks to fix my A/C in our box truck. Not a problem but the problem is that I tried to get a hold of the guy I dropped it off and he would not return my calls nor my text so I just went back down to grapevine to classic Chevrolet and ask the guy in the desk in front of the guy I dropped it off with. He said he has been on vacation this week. There was a folder on the desk , the man opened it up and said are you Billy Smith I said yes I am. He said sorry about that, I guess nobody got the message. .... ? Not cool.

Best car buying experience ever!! I rarely write reviews but just like Dungy and their team went out of their way, I have to recommend this dealership. Dungy was incredibly nice, professional and extremely helpful. He knew his stuff and made sure we were happy with with every aspect of our car. Buying the car was surprisingly quick. Would definitely go back and request him again.

I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee in March. It came defective from the head rest. We set several appointments that were canceled and delayed. It has not been a pleasant experience. The parts are in. They have been in. I've attempted to talk to all levels of management to no avail. Also, I found signs of more damage to my vehicle than was originally outlined. I waited to give a review because I like being positive. I've spent hours on the phone trying to get this problem resolved. My sales guy, was awesome to make the deal work but left me out dry when it came time to fix what was defective.

My husband purchased a pre owned 2019 Silverado from this particular dealership. The sales process was smooth however we are experiencing a hard time getting the license plates. The truck was purchased on March 23, 2023 and still no permanent tags. The dealership failed to send off the proper paperwork to the DMV which is causing issues with getting a permanent license plate. Eric Enriques is the person whom was assisting with this process however he has failed to get this issue resolved. The only thing he’s done so far was mail another temporary tag which is unacceptable. I’ve waited a few months to write this review in hopes that this issue would be resolved but unfortunately it has not. Eric has began to dodge phone calls after he has provided misinformation and failed to meet the obligations of the dealership. I’m completely disappointed and dissatisfied with the level of service that has been provided to us. I also plan on contacting corporate office to file a formal complaint. This entire ordeal is utterly ridiculous and nerve wrecking.

Electrical issues, truck won't start. Will have to drop the transmission pan to fix it. I understand these are used vehicles but this is b.s.Been sitting in the driveway for almost 3 weeks while we are stuck making payments. We purchased at the end of February!Very unprofessional. Will NEVER come back. Will gladly be informing everyone I know to avoid this dealership.AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID

Best car buying experience BY FAR. Chris Onorato was our sales representative and was friendly, welcoming and very informative from the time we walked in, to the time we walked out. Car buying can be stressful but our experience was anything but that! We will be back FOR SURE when it’s time to trade in our other car. Do not look anywhere else, come here and ask for Chris! I love love LOVE my new car!!
