Bought a certified used 2022 Corvette from them. When the transporter got there to pick it up, it wouldn't start. They claimed they had put in a new battery. Got it. I was so excited and took my wife out on the town. When we returned to the car, it wouldn't start. Took it in for service, got it back the same thing. Callled them and told them I wanted them to buy it back but, no it's your problem now. Great car for over $75,000. you just have to Uber home every time you drive it. Thanks, Chevy.

Had the best experience purchasing a 2022 RAM 3500, all thanks to our salesman, Chris Onorato! He was professional and personable, easy to talk to and had great advice for myself and partner. Couldn’t be more thrilled with our purchase. Honorary mention to Eddie Chaparro in finance for his assistance and professionalism getting us all squared away. What started being a truck purchase dream come true ended up being my worse nightmare. I purchased a truck from the dealership approximately a year ago, they provided all the documentation to show that this was a trustworthy vehicle. Among that was a Carfax report stating 1 owner and it was a fleet sale, and an appraisal stating that the truck had approximately $2000 of equity in it already (I was amazed I was buying a vehicle that driven off the lot was valued at more than it was being sold!). 7 months later, The truck started giving me problems. At first glance, it seemed to be just a sensor, little did I know this problem would spin out of control and end up in me having to rebuild the whole engine! Upon closer examination we discovered this vehicles oil had been changed every 20-40k miles!!! So much for fleet sale! I quickly returned to the dealer in hopes of getting any type of solution instead Manager Enriquez was so condescending and looked at me with such apathy and said it was out of his hands and he would escalate the issue to the person in charge Jason Troutman, General manager. Desperate for answers I left Jason various messages and to this day I have never received a call back. Finally, I figured I would call Mr. Enriquez at which time he told me the vehicle was sold as is, and there was nothing they can do. I quickly asked if maybe (giving them the benefit of the doubt) they would consider a trade-in they said they would Gladly sell me another car, but due to the horrible deal they had given me they do not want to take their vehicle back!! I wish there was a zero star rating! Several thousand dollars later, the truck is still declared as unfixable and I am facing calling the finance company giving the truck back and risk messing up my credit! I have invested over 4k in a truck that is still inoperable and upside down 12k! The serious kicker the truck was sold higher than the appraised value!!! I was very dumb and trusting The picture they painted was they care about their customers and are a family based business that has great values! I have purchased many new and used vehicles in my life and have never ever had anything similar happened to me! My advice to anybody
BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK! should you decide to purchase there do not take their word at face value! Look very well at your Carfax report, check the mileage between each Oil change and check the value on the Kelley Blue Book website or other reputable websites!! Also buy a warranty from a 3rd party and double check other financing options!
Hope this helps any of you not to go through the same thing I went through.
I have attached pictures of the engine, 3 mechanics said that this truck looks like it’s never had an oil change in its lifetime!

Drove an hour to go look at a truck. As I pulled into the parking lot I got a phone call. From the dealership. The truck I had drove an hour to test drive and had every intention of leaving with, had been sold an hour prior. I received no phone call or text until I was literally in the parking lot. A phone call to let me know when that vehicle had been sold would have prevented me from wasting my time. Then proceeded to try and up sell me on a vehicle that I said multiple times I didn’t like or want. All in all a horrible experience and I will never do business with them ever.

Best car buying experience I have ever had!! Austin was truly concerned about finding the right car and was very patient and open to spending a good deal of time on this. Closing out the transaction was a snap too. Great team, great selection, I will be back next time I need a car \ truck for sure!!!!
