I had a great experience! They were very thorough in their examination of my car and were willing to call me over the phone to explain more in depth. Authorizing repairs was easy which helped to ease my mind. I will definitely be back in the future with my repairs. Thanks again!

Quick and easy to get my kiddo’s car repaired. They provided a detailed estimate and did offer to add quite a few things as most shops seem to do nowadays. But it wasn’t high pressure and I easily declined the extras. The $180 diagnostic fee seemed pretty high. Work was done quick and the 3 year/36k warranty is nice to have.

Christian Brothers staff was very kind and courteous, and I felt welcomed and in good hands. The work on my car was completed quickly--quicker than expected. The waiting room was super clean and inviting. This was my first time at the Grapevine location and I really enjoyed it.

Any automotive shop can fix your vehicle, but not all are capable of delivering a great customer experience like Christian Brothers….all of my interactions with their staff were delightful. Thank you for such great customer service!!!

Customer service was great! Very friendly as well. However, after my quote was sent by text for over $4000 in recommended service I never received a single call to explain the recommendations. Called Blagg Tire & Auto to do the same work for $1500 less. Great customer service there too. Don’t think I’ll use CB anymore.

My husband brought our Nissan altima in to have a heat shield rattle looked at/repaired. They told us that a weld was broken and to bring it to another shop to have it repaired and then wanted to charge us $90. We asked if they would mind putting a metal hose clamp on it in the mean time to prevent it from making noise and at first they refused. Then they told us they'd see what they could do and later called to tell him "they didn't have one big enough" so we picked it up with no resolution. My husband got under the car the next day to take a look at what was going on and realized there was not one but two broken welds and he was able to fix that with a hose clamp we had on hand which was a pretty standard size. It's a shame they felt the need to lie about being able to correct the situation when it was a simple, albeit temporary, fix. We won't be coming back. At least they decided not to charge us for their mediocre assistance.
