The bank is a mess. Do not open your accounts here. I downloaded the application to my smartphone, created an account and ordered a card. She came a week later. Then I saw that my account was blocked and I had to contact the bank. I went to the branch where they told me that the account is blocked and you will not be able to open a new one, why I did not receive an answer to the question. They also deducted 10 points from the credit rating for opening an account. I am not satisfied with the work, support, or service. Open an account with, for example, Capital One. Chase does not meet the criteria of a good bank.

False advertisement at its best. Screw chase bank. I signed up for Marriott bonvoy boundless card and promotion was (still is) 3 free night award…5 months later never got any free nights but a random 75000 points for new member and 50,000 extra after 6 nights (i had to pay 700 for those extra points) NO ONE can explain to me why I did not get the 3 free nights and why I randomly got points…back and forth. Bad attitudes and bad communication. I got screwed. Worst credit card I ever had and will be paying off and leaving.Better yet, their response to all of this???“I’m sorry but there is nothing we can do for you”Wooooooooowwww

Terrible service. Staff has almost no knowledge of policies.They’re accepting pictures of identification cards instead of actual physical copies.
