Worst ever store I have visited. They are the most facility with no proper customers interaction. They don't even talk properly. The ignore all the time as if they are no where related to the store. I really hate the way the have interacted and never turned up for any help. The requested model was not there and when they have it they don't price match. Worst experience never opt for champs in any near future.

5-24Awesome experience. All the Champs employees were very helpful in getting any sizes I needed for shoes I wanted to try on.All respectful and courteous, great customer service. I’d definitely recommend buying from here.

I visited this store looking for my New Balance 327 and no one has them in women or in the men size that women need. Apparently this shoes is for men. But the women section in the store is not appealing. I told the sales associate that the women section looked dull. But he did find me some Pumas that weren't on the shelf so I bought some of those since I'm a puma fan and I needed a new pair of black shoes. They are also comfortable too.

Supposed Store Manager Keyana is a joke. She needs more management training on how to speak and interact with customers. Especially if the store made a mistake. Honor the mistake or be able to articulate to the customer why its against store policy. What manager goes in the back and refuses to come out instead of addressing the paying customer.

They have amazing service! The moment I walked in I was automatically greeted and helped me find exactly what I was searching for!!!!! They were super patient with me and helped until I finally decided what I wanted... they were all so friendly I felt very comfortable spending my time there . Thank you so much Champs team !!

Chick that works the door with blonde hair on Easter weekend is rude and should do customer service training . She talked to me like I was somebody off the street and not a customer lol maybe cause she was busy speaking with a friend not a co worker. Neither of them were wearing a mask. I won’t be back , decided to go to another store in the mall.
