I bought the bundle package.The bundle package comes with screen and protector and case replacement for 3 years . So I bought the package Couple years back in Georgia. I broke my screen here in Texas. I took my phone to this location. To get it replaced after 4 months the screens goes dark after a hour been on the phone. To I took it back to the this location I show it to him. His answer is it’s a soft ware problem then magically , it lite back up then it when dark again. So he replaced the screen (good ) well the the case was broken also I told him about it. He informed me that, the case is not under warranty. I said ok. I look up online the bundle package all is covers under the warranty. I call corporate informed them what happen. They mail me a new case.( ? ) . Next about a 6 months ago my battery is going bad. Ok. I took it back to replaced to the battery. Now it will not hold charged more than 3 hours. I done with this business.

They overcharged for phone cases. They tried to charge me $30 for a silicone phone case !!! You can literally just go to 5 below and get one for $5 . Don’t go there for phone accessories, you will get over charged.

T mobile and Verizon have tempered glasses for $40. I paid $20 at Cellairis for a high quality screen. They did an awesome job putting it on and being efficient

- [ ] Horrible horrible horrible business, my husband brought his phone here for the first time... everything was good and they were nice. When we received the phone back the charger no longer worked with any charger. so he took the phone back and Jose gave him the option of a discounted price 80.00 to fix it that’s originally $100.00 or a “free” charger that worked... I disagreed and called Jose stating “the charger has never been broken prior to the bailment , & asked politely if they can fix it ” he stated... I told your husband he can pay $80.00 discount price & also gave him a free charger” then he stated ......“ that’s same as if you go to a car shop they fix something find something else broken” ....we went back and forth about prices for 30 minutes when I believe we shouldn’t owe them any more money when we had already paid for what we originally came for ...& they triggered something else... in the end they still charged $40.00 & that is HORRIBLE BUSINESS .... I highly recommend itech in grapevine mall ...

Came to have glass screen replaced over a year ago and purchased 3 year warranty as well. After dropping phone numerous times over the last year, I finally managed to crack screen protector and break case. I came back to have replaced for free because I purchased warranty. No hassle and phone looks brand new again. Highly recommend this location and don’t forget to purchase warranty!

Wow that was fast!
I had a broken screen on my iPhone 7 Plus.. I mad an appointment during my lunch break and he was done after the short 25 min lunch I had! Quality service! Excellent speed!

Terrible service, the man replaced my screen and told me I had a 30 warranty for the replacement if anything were to go wrong with the phone, after about 2 days, my iPhone would not detect a SIM card and when I brought it back to him he would not fix it. Do not spend your money here. The man also call security on me once there was a problem with my card. I had only typed my PIN number in incorrectly and was a simple fix in which he blew out of proportion. Don’t waste your time here.

I was referred by my carrier to this small business to help with my battery and screen. Mr. Biplob was very patient with all my questions and repaired my phone to as good as new.
