Today I made a mistake of leaving my son 5 min before opening time. As I walk to the car I hear a voice calling me Mr! The new principal, telling me that I can NOT drop off my son before 7.30, I agree with her. But what bothered me the most was that this lady was unable to say Good Morning!! It's education and she works in a learning center, how sad to see how Cadence has lost Employees and Teachers that were worth Gold, what a difference from the previous Principals with the new main. My son has been there since 2016 and I have seen how they have lost valuable teachers. I hope the new Principal will give you this review and have a better attitude and a little more Education!!

(8/26/23)A month later and still no one has reached out.My experience at Cadence started off great. They have teachers who truly made an impact on my daughters life and she still talks about regularly. The problem isn’t the teachers, well not most of them. They have an handful of teachers that are GOLD! After a while I started to notice a lot of turn over in her class room, probably a new teacher every two months. Change is hard for roofless at that age, especially since they get attached to teachers. The turnover raised a flag but I ignored it because I know hiring good help can sometimes be difficult. When my daughter started I noticed she would bring home a lot of art work, we would get regular updates via the app and things you would expect from a normal daycare. After about a year we got an increase in tuition, which again normal. They stated it would help with the rising cost of inflation and it would help them hire more teachers and they would use the money towards bonuses for teachers and incentives. I thought wow this is great we can finally get some teachers that will stay, get some updates around the school maybe to the lunch menus and playground. Nope. Time continued and I waited on changes which never came. The playground is mainly just dirt and mosquitoes. The pool is suppose to be used for splash days but instead splash day is a water hose in the mud. The poor teachers at times have 15+ kids. They barely do events for the kids and families. Father’s Day was marketed as hot dogs and they have the dads a corn dog and a root beer. Mother’s Day was one tray of mini muffins and one tray of fruit with juice for moms and grandmas. The menu at they send weekly is different than what the kids actually eat, there were days my daughter would barely eat and get home starving. Cottage cheese topped with applesauce is not a snack for kids, sorry. A single popsicles for snack time isn’t enough for some kids who have to be there for most of the day. The classrooms need updates to toys, activities and books. The teachers aren’t aware of what’s going on, many times I’ve mentioned something that was in the weekly email and the teachers had no idea. My final straw was when they gave another increase and the school hadn’t gotten any updates and the teachers turnover was still high! I put in the two weeks and we weren’t asked why we were leaving but rather they assumed it was due to finances because of the increase. After I put in the notice of moving schools I saw the review of the “assault” that I had no idea of, the school never made parents aware that the school had an incident with the police involved. My daughter loved her friends there which made me reconsider leaving but when I saw their newest male teacher have kids SIT ON HIS LAP I knew I made the right choice. I truly feel bad for the teachers there and contemplated writing this because some of them are close to my heart but I couldn’t leave other parents in the dark.

Over priced, they do not follow the curriculum they tell the parents they do, my 3 year old son’s teacher was escorted off property by police for assault. They do not have consistent teachers, It advertises a pool, the kids never get to use. I will greatly miss my youngest sons infant teacher Ms Lakisha she is AMAZING. I wish I could take her with me. Herself, Ms Ashley the assistant director and Ms Rebecca will be greatly missed. Those 3 women are the hidden gems in this facility… those 3 women deserve 5 stars, the school, not so much. Again I repeat MY 3 year old sons teacher was ESCORTED off school premises DURING WORKING HOURS for a fight with another employee. Do you want ur kids to see that? I was horrified mine did.

My experience at Cadence started off great. They have teachers who truly made an impact on my daughters life and she still talks about regularly. The problem isn't the teachers, well not most of them. My daughter was in the toddler room in the beginning and had Ms. Victoria and she loved her! My baby loves this school so much! She looks forward to going to school every morning and as a first time mommy I was scared! However, she’s 8 months and I feel so comfortable with the teachers there. Love love LOVE everyone there, Ms. Linda, Ms. Michelle, Ms. Ashlee, Ms. Kayla and others. Thanks so much for taking care of my baby and making sure she’s safe!! ❤️

My twin girls are enrolled in this wonderful daycare. At the beginning, my girls had a hard time settling in school. Everyone was so accommodating and did everything to settle the girls. Linda was very understanding and accommodated all my requests, she is always available to chat if you need to discuss anything. My girls are happy at daycare now. The teachers are very kind and caring. Glad we chose this daycare for our girls.

I feel since I’ve been working here a little over a year now, I can write an honest review. Cadence has been good to me and my son! I love working here. Ms. Linda and Michele both care about the children and the staff. I’ve never worked in a more healthy workplace than here at Cadence. The teachers here are amazing and supportive of each other. My son has truly thrived here. I couldn’t see us anywhere else. I am so grateful to be part of a team that cares about the children.

One of best school ever. Both of my kids loved it here. The school director Mrs.Linda is such a warm person and very caring. The teachers like Mrs. Ana, Ms. Alice, n others were very caring toward my kids. If it wasnt for the distance I would have definitely stayed here more unfortunately we live in Arlington now..I wish all the best for all the future students that will get to have the same experience as my kids.

My 5 month old will be starting here next week and I am thrilled. I toured and spoke with dozens of nursery schools in the area and found Cadence to be the place we wanted our little girl to thrive in. This was the only school out of many that takes the babies outside for fresh air in a stroller. All of the others have the babies just stay in the room all day and I think it's important to get a little vitamin D and fresh air during the day. We couldn't be more excited to start this new journey (if only enormously sad to be away from her). The two times I have been at the school the teachers, staff, and director have been so welcoming and kind and very in tune to my baby and very responsive to other children in their care.

My daughter just started at the beginning of December but she is thriving at this amazing preschool. She’s not yet 2 but can count to ten and is significantly more verbal in less than two months. She always had separation anxiety with her other daycares but not even a week and she would be so excited when I tell that it’s time for school. The staff is always so kind and informative. They are also amazing and attentive when it comes to parent concerns. If you want to start your child on QUALITY early learning, Cadence Academy is certainly the place to enroll!

As a first time mom, and having to go back to work when my little one was only 3 months, finding a daycare facility that took great care of my guy was a huge worry for me. I am SO THANKFUL that I found Cadence Academy! Every single staff member is so kind, professional, and treat the kids like their own. All throughout COVID they have been great about keeping the kids safe and protected. Additionally, they communicate with me so well and send updates throughout the day to keep me fully informed on what's happening. My little is learning and thriving and I could not be happier with Cadence!

My son has been at Cadence Academy since he was about 13 months old and he truly enjoys coming to school. I love that I can call this facility a Preschool not just a Daycare. My son comes home talking about the things he’s learning and I’m amazed! He’s 4 now and can already recognize many sight words, he can write almost all of his letters without tracing dotted lines, and his social skills are building every day, as an only child he really benefits from spending time with his peers. Ms Mailin’s (preschool teacher) passion for the kids warms my heart and I can’t wait to see all the things my son absorbs with Ms Saima!

My son went here from 8 weeks old to almost a year. It was an absolutely wonderful experience and we were sad to leave (the commute was 45 minutes to an hour, and it was getting too be too long of a time in the backseat for my kid). We never had any problems. They would actively go above and beyond; the teachings and caretakers were all amazing and kind individuals. I would highly recommend that anyone bring their children here.Their program is solid, they are very organized, and they truly do care about the well-being and education of your child. At 11-month's old, you could tell that my son was very happy here.
