Theres not enough stars here to rate the experience I had here. Not only did I have a great time but my daughter Lily who turned 6 had the "best day ever". All the employees there made sure to make her day as special as I was trying to make it. They helped us and walked through every step with the upmost patience and charm. Everything to making the sound, stuffing our new babies, dressing them and doing the birthday announcement. I cannot thank enough the employees here, yall made it the best day ever!

The facility was very clean and reminds me of the original facilities when Build a Bear first started. They have the stuffing station and then the bath “fluff” station which my son loved a lot. They had a very large selection of accessories. They have computers to make the certificates for your furry friends. The staff was very helpful and considerate.

CASSIDY!!!! She was a true example of customer service on Sunday 12/17. From beginning to end and even after she took care of EVERYTHING! She handled the parents, kids and her job with every perfect detail and did it with a smile on her face the whole time. So annoying rather do all the shopping online. Having to stand around and wait for the stuffing machine. Due to all the talking. Need a couple machines in all stores
