“Went to the Grapevine Mills mall BAM location looking for a specific item. One of the employees, Amber, (asst. mgr I believe) went out of her way to help me search for what I was looking for. When we couldn't find it on the shelves and she couldn't find it in the backroom, she took my personal contact info and was in touch within 72 hours to tell me she had found the item I was seeking. I thanked her profusely for calling, told her I'd already found it elsewhere but that I was also interested in a variant of the item in question and if she ever ran across that to please let me know. Two, three weeks later - BOOM - I mean BAM! ;) : I get a call from the store saying they have the variant item I had told Amber I wanted. I couldn't believe it! I was very happy and beyond satisfied that they found my rare variant, that they kept my info on hand and that they followed through a second time for me. Most places might have thrown out my request or forgot about it altogether. Not Amber and her staff. They delivered in spades! I was there the very same day to pick up my item which they held behind the counter for me and I was so pleased that here I am leaving this review.

I would rate this store SIX STARS if I could. Since I can't, I suppose 5 stars will have to suffice.

I also want to mention that among the major book retailers out there today, it's BAM that seems to always have the books, record albums, action figures, collectibles and magazines I'm seeking readily in stock. This has certainly been my experience with them.

Great company, great employees, great inventory, heck - JUST GREAT. Very happy customer here. I'll be shopping BAM as long as they're around. And before I go - big kudos to Miss Amber for going above and beyond. Thank you very much!”
