Went to BB in Grapevine looking for some tech equipment. I met the store manager, Presten, as I came in the door. First class!!
He talked to me for about 15 minutes, educating me on WiFi networks and how to set up a good one. Try this store out next time you are looking for tech and help to go with it.

The customer service at the Grapevine, TX location is superior. I will drive over there, passing three other BB’s on the way, to purchase things. Always a great experience.

Best Buy is fantastic! The staff were super helpful and nice, showing me a wide variety of TVs. They also told me about all the open-box specials I could look at. They were super specific and really knew what they were talking about. This Best Buy definitely deserves five stars easily!

They have a return policy that only allows for returns on items after 15 days. This is inconsistent with the market. I will be doing my shopping for related products either at target, Walmart, or online moving forward.

Went to physically see some laptops. Did my homework before I left my home. Nice cross section of Suppliers. Best part was listening to one of the employees at the store. Tiagan was very knowledgeable and had an AWESOME, cheerful attitude. He sold three laptops as I was waiting for his help. Really enjoyed the store - it has a good vibe!

Hope this review truly helps those who are in dire need of it.
@Z, @Maria in the geek squad, @James in the Computers & Laptops sales team are two extremely efficient people.
I just had to tighten the screws of my current laptop, and also came to buy a 14" inch laptop.
Particularly James has good awareness reg. questions in the Laptops, Best buy Credit Card.
People at this franchise are much nicer, aware, helpful, dutifully.
All things aside, there happens to be very little stock in this store.

I bought a smart watch in this store and as they did not have it in the store I ordered to be delivered in my home. The fact is: their website says it was delivered in my apartment complex but it never arrived to my hands. I tried to figure out with costumer service by the phone but they could not help me. They asked me to do a police report and said they just could process my refund when law enforcement called them. Law enforcement said me they do not call private companies for lost/missing packages. So I figure out that it was a way to never give me a refund, because I would be waiting forever for something that will not happen. I went back to the store to ask them to help me but they said as my product was sent from a warehouse in OK they could not help me. For me it’s very frustrating once I bought the product at this in Grapevine. They should be the one helping to figure out this problem. I always had good experience with Best Buy, but after this problem I completely changed my mind about this store. I will never more buy with them, and I do not recommend this store for anyone. Specially if you buy something to be delivered at home. If you have a problem with this you can never get your money back unless you sue them.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this best buy the male Latino manager that stands at the door is a rude p.o.s and instead of working work you he gives you attitude, not sure how he made it to the manager position? Maybe sucked his way up the ladder?

I usually don’t come on here to leave a bad review but Absolutely horrible experience at this Best Buy location.
They profiled my mother in law and family friend.
They bought 5 TVs with a receipt and employees REFUSED to load TVs on the back of the truck.
They accused them of stealing the TVs after they bought them!!
This establishment should be ashamed.
Very disappointed in the employees and how handled my mother in law.
We will be calling corporate to report.
