My recent transition to using the Baylor Pharmacy was handled professionally and expeditiously. I have been an employee for Baylor for over a year, and have never used our pharmacies and I am glad that I decided to switch. Not only are they very communicative, they are efficient. The icing on the cake is that I can have my prescriptions marked to me at no cost and receive a 90 day prescription for the same cost as a 30 day at my precious pharmacy.

I just love the people at this pharmacy. They called and my prescription switched over to them, and I was able to pick it up right away. Best part, they were all so nice and funny. They had me cracking up this morning.

This staff is wonderful, they always go above and beyond to make sure I have my prescriptions and always make me feel like a valued customer. They always have a smile on there face when someone come in.

Tamisha has extended herself above and beyond to make sure I got a time sensitive prescription on time. Can’t thank her enough. Also the pharmacist is really nice and helpful there. 10/10 will definitely come back.

Service has really tanked over the last year. Our prescriptions are now being transferred to other Baylor pharmacies with excellent service and other local pharmacies.

Tanesha the lady at the front is beyond rude and needs to learn how to greet people with mutual respect. Absolutely had attitude and ignored me for minutes until I had to ask if they were even refilling my prescription as everyone seems lazy and sits around. Did me a favor as I’m never coming back here again.

Joke of a pharmacy. Takes weeks to get simple prescriptions filled. Staff is incompetent and lazy. Plenty of other pharmacies to go to, don't bother with this one.

They are slow as dirt. Called us and said they are ready. Got here and they weren't. Two days later and SAME thing!! My wife's surgery is tomorrow so I have to wait this time. NEVER coming back here for anything.
