I was mistreated by the own manager! (A skinny guy with a long hair). I had not noticed the body lotion I tried was not the test one and he approached me in very rude way asking if I would buy it bc I had damaged the item, he had several ways to address this but chose the worst. When I was leaving I approached him saying he need to be more gentle with the customers and he just ignored and walked away saying "have a good day". I returned to the store to complain with the supervisor/manager about him and the kind lady told me he was the manager! Its absurd this!! It was not the first time this person had a rude posture towards me in this store. He shouldnt be a manager if he cannot handle customer service. I made a complaint direct to B&BW

The manager is very bad and the manager knows that she finds all the things that are bad and just as bad as the employees and they contaminate the environment because they throw the liquid soap down the water drain.

I went two weeks ago to exchange my lotion, since this was a gift and I don't have a receipt. I was only getting a credit of $4.75, for something that my child paid $15.75. I was explaining that I just wanted to exchange, the man that was at the register was not listening and kept watching at his Apple watch, ignoring me of course. I unfortunately didn't get a name, even IF I get a name. I know they don't do nothing about it.

I love this location. I come here often and Mike is always soooo nice!!! Lisa is great as well as Jeremy!!! Also a guy with long dark hair I can't remember his name, that's my bad! No matter how busy they are they are Always friendly and patient! This seems to be a pretty high volume store and they are always so nice and eager to help!! Great staff!!

Always love this store. The new scent Calypso Clementine ? was absolutely ?? wonderful smelling. My wife and I both loved it. It just released two days ago.

Terribly rude staff…. When someone tells you “no thank you” stop chasing them 1/2 way thru the store and then “snap” at them on the way out. Glad I didn’t spend my money in this store.

Just reported this location to BBW corporate. Spoke to a “manager” earlier to get some info and he was EXTREMELY rude. Hung up on me twice and berated me. He needs to be delt with. His name is Brandon. He called me racist and spoke to me like a 2 yr old. I sure hope corporate resolves this issue. He wouldn’t even give me the name or the manager above him. He just refused and hung up on me again. How can someone be employed but treat customers like that?? Beware of this location. Have a great day.

Walking through the mall you tend to smell some bad smells, and then all of a sudden a smell hits you that draws you in. That's Bath & Body Works. It's like a kid woukd dry Santas Work Shop, that has every smell for everyone. Whether it's for your body or your home, it's a gift that keeps giving.

I went to the Bath and Body Works location in the Grapevine Mills Mall in Grapevine, Texas. I picked several candles that were on sale; when I approached the counter to pay, I presented a reward I earned. Jeremy, the associate helping me, rudely informed me that the reward could only be used for regularly priced item. When I asked where that restriction was disclosed, he rudely dismissed my question and said, "It's there, somewhere on the bottom." I said, "OK, but it's probably better to have it printed upfront." To which he replied, "Well, that's our policy." I then asked to cancel the purchase, there was resounding and sarcastic, "Wow!" From Jeremy and some inaudible but clearly rude remarks from another associate named Shayla. I am a loyal customer of this establishment and have never bee treated the way these two associates treated me. They were condescending, snobbish, and made me feel unworthy of their time. I hope this review reaches the company's leaders so that they become aware of the kind of individuals working in their Grapevine Mills location. Needless to say, they have lost my business as I now refuse to sign their paychecks.

This company profits from malls & online orders. My wife placed an order & after being a loyal customer a lady from the leadership Sherry @ 800-756-5005 is a very condesending & was more worried about double ordering the original agent Harris. My wife was taken away from 20 mins & additional 30 minutes; meanwhile Sherry blamed FedEx & expected us to file a claim. We were kind about giving them 1 star to post this terrible, unprofessional & so other customers are aware of how Bath & Body Works handle their customers in lieu of providing "good" customer service. As a background, my wife placed the order on 12/1/2023 and her account was debited for the price of the order ($115.28). The initial estimated delivery time was 1/5 through 12/7. As of today, the delivery changed to 12/6 through 12/17. She finally called today and was told to call back the next day to request a refund. She has waited since 12/5 just to be told that she needs to call again. She was also told the scents she ordered were no longer available. This is absolutely unacceptable considering her loyalty to the company and the amount of money she has spent so far.
