I ordered two fingerprint wedding bands but when I received them they did not look like the fingerprint rings that they advertise. The fingerprints looked more like tire tracks or tiger stripes than like the prints on their site.So, I sent them back and asked them to redo the rings. They charged me an extra $50.00 to redo the rings. When I received the new rings they still were not as described! And now, since I'm unable to get any of my money back, I'm just SOL!

The ring is beautiful and I am most certain my soon to husband will love it! I had a small error with my order and with zero hesitation and priority shipping they ensured I received my item on time. Okay, first — the customer service & communication is UNMATCHED. So fast, kind & efficient. Second, they’re a US-based company , which = even faster service. Don’t have to wait weeks for overseas shipping. Third, I had a mishap with my picky groom and it wasnt even a big deal for Aydins to update my order. I will definitely be buying more in the future. My wife and I had wedding cake knife engraved. Mr. Naushad did a very nice job. He took his time to work with us on how to lay it out.He was a pleasure to work with.If you need something engraved, he's the man!

I have been trying to find the right engagement ring for my partner for a while. I ordered one from another vendor and they messed it up horribly, the colors were wrong. I then ordered from Aydin's, and they had a great delivery time and worked with me well. However, when I received the ring, it had the wrong engraving. Thankfully, they were willing to help again and ship the package quickly in time for the proposal. It was an extremely stressful experience, though, just because of what I had been through before. But ... definitely good service and quality. It was just an unfortunate situation.

Terrible product quality and a insufficient return policy. I bought two of their Dinosaur Bone Rings. and both started to fall apart in just a few months. They would not accept a return by then, they will only repair the rings. We got the first one repaired, but it started deteriorating again just a few weeks later. They'll continue to repair it for cost of shipping, but what's the point of the ring if it's always being shipped off for repairs and not able to be worn?

This place is the best! I was traveling out of the country and needed to have my husband's ring resized. We came home for a week and Aydin's got it to me before we flew back out. Then when the ring arrived and still didn't fit he sent another one free of charge! Truly great experience working with Aydin's. Professional, timely, and customer service is par none!
