John K. Helped me. I walked in an asked, can you please help me figure out why my check engine light is on? I hooked his machine up to my car we walked back in. He told me my gas cap wasn’t tight so I went out and sure enough it was not. I love AutoZone keep hiring people who are helpful to the community with a gracious heart. Christie E.

Bo Wilson greeted me and walked with me to my vehicle for diagnostics. He was friendly, professional, and speedy. He explained the code and informed me that the warning was low impact and not an urgent fix. I would consider returning to this location for diagnostics or simple services if in the area due to my positive experience.

I was having issues with my car battery and came in for help and John and his fellow associate swapped the battery for me for free and it only took 10 minutes or less. Great people working and never fail to disappoint.

Autozone in Grapevine has excellent customer service. Store manager John and staff are very helpful and guide people regarding the parts they need. And they do their level best to provide good customer service.Highly recommend this store for any kind of cars parts.

Steven quoted me a battery since I thought I may need one when I called in and Phillip G was able to help me when I went in and provided excellent service and took my old battery out, cleaned my cables and placed the new one. All with a smile. Thank you for your help.
