I hope the newer models do not have all the same issues my 2022 Polestar 2 comes with. In the 17 months I've owned the vehicle, it's been in the shop 7 months of the time. Charging issues, cable overheating and splitting, Cooling fan not working properly and A/C issues causing parts to be replaced 3xs. Not to mention the software issues with the car. Polestar customer service management has declined my buy back request numerous times and will not give me a good reason why. Regional sales director with Polestar basically told me I am shit out of luck, not in those words because they were mine, but agreed with my comment. @grubbsvolvocars says it's out of their hands while they agree the car has issues. Do not buy a #polestar2! Customer experience has been the worst and the vehicle comes with too many issues that cannot be repaired. If customer satisfaction is Grubbs and Polestars #1 priority, unfortunately they have yet to live up to their mantra.

Recently, I had an experience at this dealership that genuinely impressed me. Facing a few unexpected challenges during my car purchase, the team here showed remarkable flexibility and understanding. They made the entire process, which could have easily been stressful, into something smooth and surprisingly pleasant. It's their approach to customer service that really stood out. I want to give a special mention to Shae, my salesman, and AJ, the Finance Manager. Shae was attentive and insightful, focusing on what I needed rather than just making a sale. He helped me navigate through the choices with ease. Then there was AJ, who handled the financial side of things with transparency and professionalism. He explained all the details clearly, ensuring I felt comfortable with every decision. Their combined efforts have not only earned my appreciation but also my loyalty. If you're considering a new car, I strongly recommend paying them a visit. Their approach to customer service is a breath of fresh air.

If possible I would give 0 stars! I don't even know where to start but if you're looking for pre-owned vehicle this is not the place for that! My vehicle that I purchased has been in repairs almost 45 days because they can't seem to fix things they promised and THEY DO NOT KEEP THEIR WORD! Avoid this dealership if all possible! DONT SIGN UNTIL ALL PROMISED REPAIRS HAVE BEEN FIXED OTHERWISE THEY WILL SEND OFF YOUR PAPERWORK KEEP YOUR CAR AND HAVE YOU IN THEIR LOANERS AS LONG AS THEY PLEASE! The COMMUNICATION IS HORRIBLE AND THEY WILL AVOID YOU AS MUCH AS THEY CAN. They promised they wouldn't send my paperwork until all repairs were made well guess what they sent in the paperwork I'm stuck in a purchase now and CANNOT GET MY VEHICLE BACK and I wish there was a way to get a hold of Mr.Grubbs so he can know how they treat their customers! Some Passive aggressive people should I add! Anywho STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP THEY ARE NOT EASY TO WORK WITH! I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY VEHICLE! I HOPE MR GRUBBS CAN SEE THIS SO THAT HE CAN SEE HOW THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS! Here I am making first payment for a vehicle that I only had for one day and now we're 45 days out and they still have my vehicle! They cannot seem to fix the issues and I keep getting lied to!!

Military veterans, beware of this dealership. Dishonest salesman and sneaky. Sold me a car falsely advertised. Was told the car was in great shape and a clean carfax. Ended up needing $10k+ worth of repairs and check engine lights on. Was told by a manager they would assist. No communication from management or corporate.

I had the absolute worst experience with Grubbs Volvo. I had purchased a used 2015 Ford Explorer from this dealership. From the beginning of the sale there were communication issues which thankfully ended up being resolved. However this car needed some work and they agreed to fix the things that were wrong with it when I bought this vehicle. I had waited 2 weeks after the sale was complete and picked up the car early from the shop do to me needing a vehicle to get to work. They said they would order the parts and when the parts came in they would call and schedule for me to drop the vehicle off. When I got to the service center they couldn't find my appointment even though I had the text confirmation from them. Sat and waited for 45 mins while they figured out what happened gave me a loaner and sent me on my way. Fast forward to a MONTH later I just got my car back and NOTHING has been completed except for 1 thing which I could have ordered on Amazon and fixed myself. I had asked for the trim piece that had FLEW OFF while I was driving home the first time to be replaced, paint form the fender being replaced was and still is a completely different color and my glove box that was working just fine when we test drove the vehicle did not work when I picked up the vehicle after the 2 week waiting period. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone not even my worst enemy. If I could give them 0 starts I would have.

Good business to get your volvo car experience to the start. Matt Pluta is the guy to go to at this place. He is not only an excellent salesman but a complete car solutions person. He is very patient and will give his 100% to tailor deals to his client's requirements. Though we could not conclude a deal owing to certain requirements and terms, but if i had to buy a car Matt Pluta is the guy go to. So guys ask for him specifically. Good job Matt!

When I tell you to stay away from this dealership, especially when it comes to used Volvos, I cannot stress this enough. I am not a "leave a review" type of person, but after our experience, I feel it necessary to share. On February 3rd my family and I stopped by the dealership to look at a used Volvo S90. We went for a test drive around the block as told with the sales associate... us not knowing the area, we did as told. Everything seemed to check out with the vehicle, we decide we would like to go ahead and trade our Camry in for the Volvo. We spend the day working a deal and finally agree, do paperwork, shake hands, etc. Fast forward to driving off the lot and heading home (we live 6 hrs away), we got on the highway and can hear something that sounds like a clicking/popping noise coming from the front left end. After proceeding for a few miles, decide something isn't right, and call the dealership. The sales manager, Sean, tells us turn around let us check it out but you'll have to stay another night because they won't know until tomorrow what the issue is. So, we oblige, and they give us a loaner vehicle, at the very least, and we find a local hotel. The next morning we are told by the sales manager that ALTHOUGH the vehicle went through a 32 (?) point Volvo inspection to be sold, somehow it was missed that the front end has multiple issues and that it's too much work and money lose and also the extended warranty we purchased wouldn't cover it because it hadn't been enough time... so we were given the opportunity to walk away and told they were SUPPOSEDLY sending it to auction... we walked away and kept our old car... with the promise it wouldn't affect anything, it hadn't been sent on from financing, all we had to do was switch back to our old car. Well, today is March 22nd, I have spent 4 hours going back and forth with the dealership and my credit union, because they DID NOT stop the finance department from sending everything off, so my car was paid off, payment sent to the my credit union, lien closed, title mailed to Grubbs Volvo... and guess who the middle man is in the midst of it all... me... luckily they did stop their deal with Volvo Financial so at least I don't owe on a Volvo I don't have.. Here I am having to ensure that everything is reversed with my credit union so they can get their money back.. And since GRUBBS MESSED UP, and it wasn't reversed, I may have to a reapply for a loan for my car that they paid off, and we all know interest rates have gone up exponentially, so although we did have a 1.99% rate when we bought the Camry, we may not be able to get that back... so one way or the other, we are going to get screwed. The final straw that led to this review is that they still have the Volvo S90 and ARE repairing it to sell.... It did not go to auction!! They lied! The whole thing was a lie. I guess our deal wasn't good enough for them and they are getting a second chance to fix the car and try and sell it again... SHADY is what I think of when I try and sum up this whole experience... and the whole ordeal isn't even close to being over yet... if I can provide you one piece of advice, find a different dealership and just because a dealership looks all nice and fancy/luxury, doesn't mean that the car they are selling that is their own brand, is what they say it is.... Edit to add: I mentioned expenses incurred to the finance rep I was talking to and she stated and I QUOTE "we may be able to reimburse you for your extra night of vacation, or whatever you want to call it". VACATION!?! The whole reason we were in the area in the first place was for a doctor's appointment... we just happened to stop by on our way back home... We had a 2-year-old with us, we were in Grapevine, TX not Florida. We had to load and unload our vehicle multiple times, switch the car seat back and forth, figure out where to stay, find a store to get necessities since we hadn't planned the additional night, we stayed at a hotel cl

Trust the other reviews. They sold me a car that had been in an accident and didn't report it. I figured it out later and they could care less. STAY AWAY FROM ALL GRUBBS DEALERSHIPS.

Shady. Poor communication from start to finish. Email inquiries about vehicle issues go ignored. I'm glad we didn't end up purchasing from Grubbs.

Top tier dealer, customer service from beginning to end is always phenomenal and they remove the stigma out of what car buying used to be!

Shady sales practices - Found a car online and enquired. Salesperson calls and confirms car is available but that they would add $10,000 worth of Dealer options - which actually are worth no more than $2,000 on the high side. I offer to buy without the Dealer Options. The Salesperson then texts me that he has confirmed with his manager that they can sell at MSRP without the Dealer Options but I will have to pay a deposit upfront. Once I agree, he gets all my information and then sends me the price sheet again with the same dealer options but now at a discounted price of "$4,999". When told that he confirmed that their will be no dealer add-ons, he says that they have already installed them on the vehicle at the dealership but can give it at a further discount of $3,999 ... and this on a car that will not be delivered to the dealership until November!! Talk about lying through your teeth. I am not sure how much it is true but I was told by another Volvo Dealership that Volvo has a policy that prohibits the Dealers to sell the Hybrids/Electric cars over the MSRP. But I guess Volvo hasn't put in a policy that prevents them from overinflating the Dealer Add-Ons and masking the mark-ups as such.

I only thought it was excellent service and a transparent process until 5,000 miles later! I will say I really like Jason Nieto and the finance advisor Rance Coomer regardless of what I've learned since. Jason really seems like a nice young guy that's learning the job, but I hope he doesn't learn the shadiness from his management. 1st red flag that my wife pointed out was the executive sales manager Wes Hays who helped out with the deal bc Jason was new, showed us a document of what it cost to get the vehicle certified. He of course then told us we couldn't take the document with us, why bc it ended up not being a certified Volvo even though I have signage from inside the vehicle marked as such. Again my mistake for not being more thorough and asking better questions when signing the paperwork and seeing something that didn't make sense to what I had been told. 2nd and which I feel much more egregious than the first, I specifically asked what the tread on tires were like. Can't remember if it was Jason or Wes that said they were "new". Which brings me to 5,000 miles and roughly 6 months after purchase, I went to get them rotated at Discount Tire and was told they couldn't be rotated bc one of the tires was at their 3/32's threshold. No way right, 5,000 miles ago they were all supposedly new. Come to find out they had only replaced 2 of the tires before selling the vehicle to me. Sorry, I took them for their word and didn't run the vehicle to a tire center before purchasing. I've since reached out to the manager Shad Warren and was told that the tires were within Volvo's and still are resale specs so there was nothing he could do. I guess Volvo allows dealers to sell used vehicles with 4/32 tread, even though when you hit 3/32 you'll be buying new tires. Nevermind the fact that his employee flat out lied to me when I asked. I even took the vehicle to a different Discount, bc Jason and Shad mentioned they might just be trying to sell me a new set of tires. Rating came back 4/32 and 6/32 compared to the 8's on the back. Just beware, it's very possible you could be buying new tires after 5,000 miles of purchasing a used Volvo through this dealership!
