“Highly recommend this location! I needed to get my car fixed because someone rear ended me. I read the reviews, they worked with my insurance and the rental place and it was a seamless experience. I went there, dropped off my car, enterprise picked me up, picked up my rental and they were finished earlier than I thought so I came to Caliber, left my rental there and took my car. They took care of returning my rental for me, I didn’t need to bug a family member to help me through this process. Joshua was my service agent and he texted me throughout the whole process and gave me updates as my car was being worked on. Caliber gained a customer.”

“I had a flat tire on my brand new jeep in the parking lot of this Grapevine store. I was not familiar with the scissor jack I had , on how to use it. Ali the night manager saved me by showing me how to use the jack & provided expert knowledge on changing my tire. He led me safely step by step on putting the spare tire on and getting me back on the road. “My husband’s 2018 Ford F150 truck got stuck in a horrific hail storm up on Colorado in July 2024. It was covered with a multitude of large pelts all over the hood, roof and two doors, broken tail light and shattered window deflectors. State Farm assessed it to be about $5000 damage with most repairs to be completed as PDR. We took it up to Grapevine Collision, who we have used in the past for other body related issues, and after evaluation by Mikayla were told there was NO WAY any PDR could be done due to the extension damage and could not believe that State Farm suggested it. Mikayla was absolutely amazing through the entire process of repairs that took 7 weeks and kept us apprised of all the steps being taken to repair our truck the way it should be repaired. They replaced the roof, the hood and two doors which included significant body repair, painting, sanding, more painting, pin striping, the back left tail light, and even re-installed various after factory deflectors that were on the truck, along with a tool box. Mikayla is our go-to gal and we cannot thank her and her team enough for the outstanding work they performed on our truck. The technicians created a work of art and did some very extensive work on his truck that took a good long while, but it was so worth it. His truck literally looks like a brand new vehicle. We are incredibly pleased and grateful for Grapevine Collision and especially for Mikayla who was right there with us every step of the way. We cannot recommend them highly enough!!!! If you go see them, be sure to ask for Mikayla! She’s amazing!!! Ric and Rheanne Clark”

“they literally let me bring in my car (that I didn't buy from them, and it's not even a honda) for an inspection from them, and they got it done around an hour and even ranked what i needed to get fixed from fix soon to doesn't matter too much. also they had fruit loops and coffee just there for anyone to take, which fyi is a really nice snack while browsing for cars”
