Anthony Butler was my service advisor and he did a fantastic job. Kept me very informed about my vehicle. I was sent videos of the issues with my vehicle which was very honest of them and they got my vehicle done in a reasonable time. I’m very pleased with the experience I had and I will definitely be doing business with them again!

What a great car purchase experience! Felicia ( Fefe) was absolutely the dream salesperson- professional, no pressure, answered our questions and just provided great customer service! Financing team was great as well. Thank you all at Audi Grapevine- would highly recommend them if you’re in the market for a new/ used car.

Had a great experience in visiting Audi Grapevine, the Assistant Service Manager (Rene Laurel) is customer service oriented and provided an excellent service. His knowledge made me feel good in owning an EV.

I recently purchased a car from Luis at this dealership. He has been unresponsive post purchase. I took my car to another dealership to get it checked out and was told the oil pan was not sealed. I've tried to contact him via text and phone. Providing excellent service continues after purchase. He was my point of contact but never greeted me or thanked me. A different salesperson wrote up the paperwork and did the test drive but added Louis' name. I'm disappointed in the lack of follow up. Avoid him as your salesperson.

I purchased a 2023 Audi A5 a couple of months ago.When we completed the transaction with the salesperson I mentioned that I wanted to pay cash for the car.Then,the salesperson mentioned that it would be easier for the dealership for us to take a loan and for me to payoff the loan when I receive the first statement from the bank at no additional cost to me which ended up to be false.The bank charged us for over $350 worth of interest!!I contacted the salesperson by phone and wasn’t getting nowhere,I went to meet with him in person and spoke with the sales manager today and he basically took no responsibility for what his salesperson told us.I am very disappointed and was lied to.I told the sales manager that I would never purchase another vehicle from Audi Grapevine anymore.Be aware if you ever deal with that dealership.

Working with Julian Gonzales was an absolute pleasure! Julian is extremely patient, I never felt pressured to make a decision, and most importantly, a professional honest, kind, and Godly man who knows the car business inside and out. The buying process was so comfortable. I’ve purchased many cars over the years and I felt he had my best interests in mind, wasn’t pushy or aggressive whatsoever. Julian made the buying experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend you talk to Julian if you are considering buying a new or previously ownedautomobile.

SlimyWe were interested in buying a car from this dealership and had come to an agreement on price. We sent an email asking if we could put a deposit on the car to hold it, as it would be another day until we could get eyes on the car. We did not get a response. We also asked for some videos of the car and we were told they would be sent - but they were not. The next day after seeing the car we were ready to finalize the deal … only to find out that they had taken a deposit the night before from someone else. We were upset as we had asked to put a deposit on it earlier that day and had not been given an opportunity to do so. Then the sales manager who informed us of the situation said that if we agreed to the full price - not the negotiated price — we could have the car. While we briefly deliberated that option, we asked to speak to the general manager. He informed us that they could not reneg on the pending deal with the customer who had placed the deposit, and only if that client changed their mind and forfeited their deposit could we have the car.Bottom line - don’t deal with Audrey Tillemans, the sales manager who did not deal fairly with us and then tried to get us to pay more than agreed to get the car, while also planning to deal unfairly ( and apparently breach a contract ) with another client. She also wasted our time and money by not informing us of the fact that the deposit had been placed prior to our going to see the car at the dealership. She knew we were planning to go. Maybe it’s best to avoid this dealership altogether.

I purchased my car a few months ago. Mitch is my salesperson! He was/is very patient and helpful. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle and he made it a breeze. They said they would removed any scratches since it is a newer used car. One of the scratches couldn’t be removed. Chris the Sales Manager made sure to get the car in the body shop to fix and repaint the door to remove the scratch. They happened to run out of loaners and made one of the new cars off the lot a loaner for me. Any time I’ve had any issues they always are quick to find a solution.

The service I received was exceptional, and Justin's assistance made the process smooth and enjoyable. I was impressed by their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. After two bad experiences with the service department and two emails providing feedback going unanswered I still gave them the benefit of the doubt and went to purchase a new RS5. The young lady that offered to help said the vehicle was being serviced but would be right out. 30 minutes later she approached us and asked if we had been helped. Had no idea who we were. She once again did not return with the car. I am now a proud owner of a 2024 BMW M4 Competition. Never thought I would see the day I would leave Audi but glad I did. BWM is superior at every level in my opinion.

I inquired about a vehicle through the Costco auto program, and was told the vehicle was available and scheduled a test drive. Upon arriving, they did not have the model year I requested and would not honor the price that Costco stated they would beat (for reference, check out the program for details on how this works). So, the usual dealer bait and switch, but they were friendly enough, and I didn't take too much offense to usual lies, misdirection, and tired sales tactics that have likely work on less informed consumers. I am rating two starts because they did provide something valuable, and for only an hour or so of my time. As a professor that teaches data-driven decision making, I like to use these kinds of experiences in the classroom to demonstrate how businesses and people take advantage of others. So, Audi Grapevine, thanks for the teaching moment; many of your future potential buyers will now have the benefit of learning from my experience with you.

Being an out of state buyer I had the best experience! My salesman, Chris was great!! He was very professional, helpful and courteous. From finding vehicle online to communicating via text and telephone to signing of papers was top tier. He went above and beyond to get me the best deal for my vehicle. Dax in finance was awesome as well. Would definitely recommend this dealership!!
