I also love this location and the day crew that works here. However, the AC is still out completely out and has been for weeks. Today it was 91 degrees inside the gym. When will it get fixed?

I love this location, however the air conditioner has been out for 10 days with no resolution on the horizon. The owner of this location is about to lose a large amount of members if he doesn't resolve this problem very promptly.

If you want to jump through loops to cancel a contract that you fulfilled, due to it being set on AUTO RENEWAL. Come here.Having to stay on the phone for almost 3hrs conversing with someone from India that don't understand a word that you say, just to cancel a membership is obtuse.It's never about the money; it's about the experience.It's my fault, I should have stayed at LA FITNESS.Zero stars

I have tried to reach the manager patiently to cancel my membership by phone on 3/11, 3/13 and in person on 3/17. Terrible customer service by saying a note and a text has been left for the manager and he will contact you. I enjoyed your gym at one time, it’s just not for me anymore. I need the manager to contact me please!

The cleanest Anytime Fitness I have been to. The owner Joe, is beyond personable and takes the time to greet his members and guests. The trainer Nick is amazing . Everybody was genuinely inviting and friendly.

This place is amazing. Exactly what you'd want in a small gym. 24 hour access. The owner is super cool and always tries to make sure you are taken care of. As far as the 1 star review down below has nothing to do with this establishment what so ever. Mask, no mask, mind your business.

This gym used to have amenities and they were taken away after the new owners bought them. Then they decided to remodel, which it does appear nicer. However, they made a very stupid decision to put in carpet on most of the floors, so now it smells like a dirty gym sock the second you step through the door. I can't stand the smell. I've literally gagged every time I've walked in since the smell started. I have canceled my 5 year membership.

Traveling on business from out of state for three weeks and realized after arriving that I had forgot my anytime fitness keyfob. Owner of this location Nick was super friendly and was even kind of enough to loan me a guest pass keyfob so I could visit the gym when I needed while staying in DFW. This is one of the best anytime fitnesses I have ever been to in terms of both staffing, equipment, and facility cleanliness. If you are ever traveling in DFW and need an anytime to come to this is your best pick hands down. Thanks Anytime fitness Grapevine!

This gym is a really nice gym the owner was there daily and is very helpful. It would be a great place to learn to use free weights and further lifting knowledge and ability. Very well managed and definitely pays attention to details. Very nice and courteous staff as well.

Good variety of equipment. However, the room is always uncomfortably hot, and the water fountain is warm and can't be used to fill a bottle. It's worth the drive to go to a different Anytime Fitness location, as the monthly cost does not feel worth it here.
