Service has gotten better since last year but they make drivers stand in the sun while waiting for turn in office. It was 100 degrees. A small tent for shade??? Something?

Waited for 5 hours to get loaded as they continued to tell me I would be "next". I had a strict delivery next morning that at this point I would not be making so I left. Not sure how much longer they would have kept me standing there
