I attended a birthday party for an child under the age of 10. A lot of family members had children who were younger (under 10), some toddlers, and also some older. Everything was great. Our youngest children were the only ones in the Dodge ball area first along with other younger children. Then these teen boys went in and started dividing the smaller children to one end an them in another. I quickly noticed that would target the younger boys and laugh when they would hit them. I told them to stop throwing the ball hard because there were younger children in there. There were toddlers and younger children in there. Sadly not many parents were watching their kids as I was. Those teenagers were rude, talking back to me and said "they dont belong here anyway. This area is for 11 years old and older". Granted that is correct, but I explained that if they dont want them in there to go find and ask their parents to get them out, or go speak to the manager, but don't throw it hard to hit them to get them to leave. They told me since I am an adult to get them out, I said no I'm not removing / touching any children from there. I ended up getting a manager and she told me that they have teenagers hours on Saturday, and that little children should not even be there in the two dodge ball area, but that she would tell them to not throw the ball with force. I pointed to a little girl who appeared to be 4-5, and told her then you as the manager go in there and remove those younger children herself because those are not my children. She didn't like that. She didn't remove any children from those areas just told the teen to not throw it hard. This is strictly a poor management decision to allow parties at certain hours. If they plan to stand by their age restrictions then they need to have their hire help to stand in certain areas to prevent the youngest children to get in, or change the acceptance age children are welcome to the establishment, but they likely won't because they will lose money. They also don't really have any other areas for different ages to play safely. Hopefully those teens aren't doing this all the time, but I would like to point out they knew the age restrictions and that sign was high up above the entry way and not eye level for anyone to see. Parents please also watch your children. Because people like me who speak up aren't always available to help your child. Some adults stood there and watch and didn't say anything, even when the manager came. And parents of teens, maybe they aren't around younger kids at all or have cousins who are younger than them, nor do they spend time helping take care of those younger children, teach them to play gently if younger children show interest in learning a game with them, don't pretend to be friendly to them and then target them. Especially if they are in a facility where younger kids will be. AND TEACH THEM THAT IF YOU ARE GOING TO THROW THE "YOU'RE THE ADULT MAKE THEM LEAVE", LISTEN AND UNDERSTAND THAT SAME ADULT WHEN THEY TELL YOU TO STOP THROWING THE BALL THAT HARD. And if you stand with the "well they shouldn't be in there", like the manager (who likely gets this a lot and makes no changes- for profit), then you're likely the adult who wouldn't even have the courage to stand up for your own child or other children who are being targeted for fun.**Based on a previous review someone pointed out to have designed areas for different ages. They commented they would but they clearly didn’t.

Good location. Staff should do a slightly better job at watching the older kids and teenagers because they are dangerous and sometimes bully the younger kids.

My girls wanted to go to a trampoline park for their birthday and we had a few bad experiences with Urban Air so we decided to try something new. We were very pleasantly surprised. Great prices, way less strict on things that shouldn’t matter like what grip socks are worn. But rules were enforced where they mattered. The lady at check in was nice and helpful. The park was super clean and not overly crowded. My girls 6 and 9 had soo much fun. It was a great workout for my husband and I too! We will definitely be back!

We had a 5 year old birthday party today with a “host”. Yeah right. Have had parties at Urban Air, now they provide a host! Place is fine to visit just not for a birthday party. Had to search for the “host” numerous times. She left gloves on the table for handling food and she never used the only because she was no where to be found. Ran out of water, had to find a different person to get us more water. We ordered pizza, which was fine, orders sliders and seriously, WHITE CASTLE IN PACKAGING. Do most 5 year olds seriously like onions!! To top it off, at the end of the party that we were being pressured to leave because the place books overlapping parties (before and after) we discovered a LARGE carving knife on the cart. REALLY!!! Again, KIDS. Felt obligated to tip the host which was NOT deserving, but that’s how I am. $650, got a pair of socks and horrible service and frozen “SLIDERS”. Very disappointed.

This is my fave trampoline park! It’s simple and a great place to just let kids run nuts where you can pretty much always see them. And it’s affordable! The kids love the music too.

It was pretty far from me, but I had so much fun trying a front-flip. Just didn't like the fact that they took the little fighting area. Where you got to bump each other.

Terrible staff and manager. Felt like we were being watched and yelled at the whole time. Bathrooms were dirty and didn’t have any paper towels or toilet paper. Overcharged for time spent there. Music playing had explicit lyrics that were not good for kids. Would not recommend.
