I went to this location out of convenience from where I live. We live 3 hours away from the nearest adidas outlet store. We had purchased clothing from another store it is also 3 hours away from our home. Marcus and his staff went completely out of his way to help us. I hope Adidas knows how valuable an employee they have here. Customer service is failing nationwide but not here! Will make a special trip here anytime we need anything in the future. Thanks again!

This store plays games with their "50% off entire store" sale. They exclude all good items from the sale and will not honor their own signs. I was trying to purchase a pair of shoes that were not excluded from the sale, and they went and changed the sign on me when I was at the register.

The customer service, overall, was lacking, except for Hazel. She was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction as customers. Her behavior resembled that of an excellent manager, a role she should undoubtedly hold. Had it not been for Hazel's exceptional assistance, we might not have made any purchases. Her remarkable service truly influenced our decision to buy. The store itself offers good prices and a variety of quality clothing.

Went in to return a pair of unworn and unused shoes we had purchased as a gift for a recently deceased family member. Manager told me that there was nothing she was “willing to do” to take the return. She offered, in a very condescending tone, that I could “maybe try to sell them on facebook” before again telling me she wasn’t “willing” to help me. A very distasteful way to treat someone in general, let alone someone in my circumstance. Won’t be shopping at this store anymore, and honestly, will not be shopping at adidas after this experience.

I highly recommend the Adidas Outlet Store in Grapevine for anyone looking to purchase quality shoes at a reasonable price. And if you're in the market for a comfortable and supportive running shoe, the Ultraboost is definitely worth checking out!

They did not allow me to buy a pair of pants that the mannequin had, the manager made fun of me along with her employee. They do not allow trying on clothes in the dressing rooms, very bad service. The manager of this store discredits the Adidas brand.

The manager, Kevin (white male with camouflage hat), was rude and a coward. We entered the store to allow my husband to purchase a gift. This was a very hard day for him after he received devastating news today.The girls and I sat at the front of the store, as we've done in the past, while he shopped. Kevin then sent one of the employees over (who was innocent in this situation), to tell us that we were not allowed to sit in the store.During the Christmas holiday, I would expect people to show kindness, which Kevin definitely did not. I am truly disappointed in his behavior, specifically the cowardice that he showed by sending someone else over to do his dirty work, while he stood back and observed. I hope other customers do not experience this type of behavior from Kevin and I will be sure to share my experience with others and encourage them not to spend their hard earned funds at this location.If the company would like to speak to me about this incident, I'm available.

Can I rate zero stars?TLDR: Horrible exchange policy, manager could have solved the problem but chose not to. The "Free Size Exchange" Adidas boasts is a lie.I'm not usually one to complain but the customer service here was horrible. The employee working the register was nice so I don't want to criticize her other than the fact she was unable to process my exchange. The manager however is a different story, he could have easily fixed this.Okay that's a lot of build up, here's what happened. I ordered a pair of of shoes online, they were half a size too big so I went to the store to exchange them.I was told that I had to pay an additional $20 for the exchange. I bought these shoes a week before online and now they want me to pay an additional $20 for the same shoes half a size smaller? This is insane! I had not worn the shoes, they were brand new, all I did was try them on.I am now having to process the exchange through the company website, wasting additional time and resources on the side of Adidas to resolve this issue...and it's not even resolved yet. I have to wait until they restock their online inventory before I they can process my exchange when the store I went to HAS THE SHOE AND CORRECT SIZE!This is a long complaint so I'm going to end it here by saying, Adidas needs to review their exchange policies it should not be this difficult especially when you consider they advertise a "free size exchange." Either do that or get a better store manager that can deal with customer service issues like this.
