Hard to figure out where your freight is and what time it will be there but it gets done most of the time

Once you're in a door and get your paperwork processed they get you offloaded fairly quickly. My only gripe is that, you shouldn't have to walk all the way to the front of the building for paperwork. Why can't they just process your paperwork in receiving area?
