The customer service at this location is VERY appalling. I had an online item shipped to this location under the assumption that if the item's sizing was off, I could return it. Despite the clear cut policy on A&F's website stating I can return the online purchase to ANY store (in the same country as it was purchase from), they refused the return stating they were an outlet. When confirming their policy with an A&F customer service agent, I called the store and spoke with Jason Perez, the manager at the store. He was very rude and re-stated that they cannot do returns in the store. I told him that made no sense - that I had it shipped there and returns should be doable. I also stated that J Crew in the same mall accepts online returns with no questions asked. Jason kept stating he know the manager there (as if that made any difference ???). I stated why they differed from their competitor and he kept stating they weren't the competition?! Ha! This manager needs to be fired. Way to go, A&F. I'm never purchasing from you again.

They don’t honor the website prices, on the website the items were on sale plus and additional 15% off. I was going to buy a shirt that was listed online for $20 and when I went to checkout the gentleman told me my total was $47.97, I then proceeded to show him the same product online for $20 and he then told me they could not price match. I refused to pay that price, I then went to northpark location and got the shirt for $20. Don’t even waste your time here! They have very limited selection and the customer service is not great. Save your time and go to northpark instead.

Very scammy. Poor labeling of the items on the table. Spent 30 minutes in there due to long lines for dressing room. The whole table of jeans said 60% of for high rise, register said only red ticketed items. So remove the 60% off sign for the table…? Also does not honor price match for the website since they are different from the actual stores.

We found some great Labor Day deals at this A+F outlet. Dylan was wonderful - thank you for helping us find what we needed while keeping your smile on and being professional. Your customer service helped us more than you realize

TL;DR = This is an Outlet location where many items are "Outlet Exclusive" and of lower quality than at main-line A&F stores. You can't make returns or exchanges of any main-line A&F purchases (in-store or online) at this location. Selection is poor and clothes really aren't so cute.
PROS
(1) Cheap-ish prices: their clearance section at the back of the store is their bread and butter. When I went, clearance was an additional 60% off the already-lowest-listed-price. I chose an item off the clearance rack and when it wasn't for some reason ringing up at clearance, the clerk was happy to do a manual price adjustement for me.
(2) It's a clean store and clearance was well-organized by size—which is a real feat.
(3) You can use your Abercrombie loyalty points, any cash rewards in your account, etc. when you buy from this location.
(4) Staff is really friendly; shout-out to the brown-haired guy with the sick tats who rang me up.
CONS
(1) You can't do returns or exchanges of any main-line A&F purchases (whether made in-store or online). They need to update this listing on both Google Maps and on the Abercrombie official website to clarify this is Outlet.
(2) The clothes really aren't that cute. They had a several shelves/racks of T-shirts in all different colors and styles with the "Abercrombie & Fitch" logo on them—which I thought had been phased out after logo-mania died and the new CEO reinvented the brand. You'd never see this many logo-heavy pieces in their main-line stores, and while the price on that T-shirt was cheaper here in the Outlet location, the clothes just aren't as cute. Now, there may be cute finds here and there, but I remember walking through the store and thinking, "This stuff is really ugly."
(3) It's a small store and selection isn't great. This problem is compounded because they have a LOT of the same items but with many pieces of that item. For instance, there was this navy blue T-shirt and they had 15-20 of them hanging on the shelves. So while the store isn't HORRIBLY small, there's a lot of redunance and not a lot of unique items.

New location needs to update their name so it says OUTLET as well on google maps because then I can’t make in store returns since it’s not a regular store.

Clothes quality are terrible. We saw clothes from the same line as the usual stores but when we got home everything was oddly cut or faulty in some way.The staff was very nice so I'm going with 2/5 rating, but I'm not happy about the experience.
