You are asking for a review the day after you raised the rates?! What were you thinking!! I will say that I have had my two storage units for over a decade and have found the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable, the units clean, and the temperature appropriate for my needs. I just wish the rates could continue to be what I can afford!!

They keep it clean for the most part and looks like they spray for bug. One issue was bird nesting right over the door to the H units causing a poop mess.

I find that 1st Choice Stadium Storage is a first class storage facility. It's a well run business, run by good people. I have used 1st Choice Stadium Storage for decades now, keeping my camping gear, golfing gear, halloween and christmas decorations in an interior 5x10 storage unit. The payment is made automatically online. I visit the storage unit about 5-6 times a year. In all these years I have never encountered any issue at all. I recommend 1st Choice Stadium Storage for its safe access, good amenities (electric lighting, hand cart, gated access) and its safe location!
