Friendly small town atmosphere. The postmaster is a good manager.

Lazy drivers dont even make an attempt to deliver packages. They will leave a note. But when you go to pick up, they tell you the driver has it.

Friendly. Professional. Accurate. The staff at the Grapeland Post Office put customer service as a priority. The Postmaster, the male and female that work up front are great!

Postal service from the Grapeland, TX post office is discriminatory. Not sure what the postmaster's problem is. The only thing I am sure of is they do not treat all customers equally. I have mail stolen, stopped, and sent back to sender. After hold expired, they did not have my mail for pick up or delivery. Must have been sent back.

Our mail carrier is lazy and uses our trained and very obedient lab as an excuse not to do her job. we’re always having to go pick up our mail when it could’ve easily been delivered. The previous owners of the house we live in had dogs that would tear up packages and she would still put them on the back steps just to be torn up. But now that we’re living there she doesn’t even honk the horn for us when we’re home. The sub mail carrier has no problem delivering our mail so we know it’s not about their policy. My wife has talked to the postmaster many times and he refuses to even talk to her. He’s lazy and doesn’t care about customers either.

My husband and I travel most of the year for work, so we frequently use the mail forwarding service. There was a 2-month period where we didn't receive a scrap of our mail during the forwarding time. This was 4-ish months ago, and after many, MANY phone calls, emails, online claims and HOURS trying to figure this out I still don't have my mail from 4 months ago. That being said, the postmaster, Anthony, has been the only human being in this process to actually help me. He has called me many times to update or inform me and has gone out of his way. He has made phone calls and sent emails and tried tried to track our mail. He's the ONLY person through this process that has remotely cared. I don't have my mail yet, but I owe Anthony a phone call and I have all confidence he will do his best to help me until that mail is tracked down. I truly appreciate his help and only wish every government worker had this kind of attitude about their jobs. The overall USPS is a nightmare in my opinion, (heck 2 months of my mail are missing) but Anthony has really done his best to help fix a problem that he didn't personally cause.

The Post-Master ,an ex military gentlemen and the woman that works at this location are always super nice and treat me and the other customers with the utmost respect that I have seen first hand. I understand why some people can be upset when a computer says somethings delivered and it hasn't made its way to us yet, I would like to remind anyone that has had that issue to remember that a sinlge woman is delivering packages for 1,500 people everyday so maybe cut them some slack.

Our postal lady is very inconsiderate to only my house. I just moved here so there isn’t any bad blood. Every time she delivers the mail she will not close my mailbox. I have watched her countless times throw my mail in and drive off. Everyone else’s mailbox gets closed. I get packages stating they are out for delivery and she doesn’t deliver them. She clearly can’t do her job and needs a different career path.
