I Had a great experience shopping with Darseys !
It is getting harder and harder to find good old-fashioned small town service with a smile! But that’s exactly what you’ll get with Charlie and the gang at Darsey’s
They went above and beyond to help me. It’s hard to believe what a wonderful floor plan they have. Plenty of inventory, with something for everyone.

Amazing amazing amazing customer service! I dealt with this company completely through online communication, on my needs. I purchased a couch from a store in Louisiana, and 3 years later they were the only company I could find who carried my couch. I needed some replacement parts! Well let me tell you they went above and beyound to help me find these cushions through their manufacturing company and also communicated daily on where they were at in the process! They not only found the parts, but allowed me the option to pick them up from them or have them shipped to me! A lot
of companies could learn A LOT from this company! Thank you again Mr. Charley for your delightful staff!

I live in Ennis, TX. I searched online for a good selection of Lazyboy Recliners in the Dallas area but was disappointed in the inventory even in the giant stores the DFW area offered. Darseys Furniture in Grapeland came up on my search engine and they had in stock every chair and more that I wanted to try out! We drove South instead of North to Dallas and were amazed at the floor inventory! The service was great at answering questions without pressure. I found the chair we needed and were once again amazed when the owner was willing to drop the price even lower than the lowest online price that I had found!!! Darseys IS worth the drive by their service, their inventory, and their willingness to be competitive in their pricing! I'm grateful for the Darsey family continuing to meet the needs of folks seeking furniture, for at least 3 generations.
