  I rarely go into the USPS office, but today it was a necessity. When I walked in I was pleasantly greeted by Dana. She was so nice and easy to deal with. Please I want to Post Master to understand what a great employee is. How she represents the USPS in Grandview, TX

  Great service, unfortunately we didn’t get her name but receipt says clerk #1. she was super sweet made the usual unpleasant post office experience so much better. 3/15/2021
