We rented a tank from these folks last year but this was apparently not possible with our new class A with a permanently installed 80 gal propane tank. We were told they wouldn’t schedule to come out for less than a 100 gal tank but would fill us if they were already coming. We called today when we saw their truck and told us they wouldn’t even fill less than a 100 gal tank at all. Constantly shifting rules make it hard to do business with them.

Mr. Baze and his team were awesome!!! I emailed Mr.Baze on hooking up a bigger propane tank for my RV. HE responded back promptly and within the same day I spoke to him, Mr.Baze and his team were here installing the tank for me! They were prompt, efficient and knowledgeable after answering all my questions! Very kind and nice people! I would highly recommend Baze Propane to anyone!!! Thank you so much!!!

When I received a call from one of my tenants on January 3rd that they were without heat, I quickly got on the phone to help them. A cold front had blown in that previous holiday weekend and temperatures were below freezing. The tenants had kept the propane tank full so it was determined that it needed a new regulator. After contacting the propane company they used, they could not service the propane tank until the following week as they had people out sick. I contacted several of the major propane companies, but everyone was booked out several days. Also, they wouldn't service it because the tenants were not a current customer. I called Bob Baze Propane and they were kind enough to work my tenants into their busy schedule. They got out that day and replaced the regulator on the tank. The tenants and I were so grateful for their prompt attention to this situation. If you need propane, I recommend that you give Bob Baze Propane an opportunity to become your provider.

Bob Baze Propane is fast and friendly. Every time I’ve called them they’ve been out within hours. Their drivers are polite and professional. Their prices are competitive and they don’t try to rip you off with unnecessary fees.If you’re using one of the big guys I highly recommend you drop them and switch to Bob Baze. They’re the BEST!!!
