My sisters medicine is mailed in a box from pill pack. THE post office delivery put the package in the small mail box. The box didn't fit so was hanging out and the door was opened. Fortunately my neighbor noticed it and brought her medicine to my door which the carrier should have done. I called to report issue and the and the man was rude and insisted a box would never put in the mail box that was too big. Wish my neighbor would have taken a picture but I will measure the box take it the post office and let him finish arguing his issue. Stay tuned for an update.

Ignorance is overflowing at the brim here at this location. No IQ necessary to work at USPS in small towns, obviously.

Intelligence has been chasing the employees here but they keep winning. Sad

You made a mistake when delivering packages and left them at the wrong addresses.

Got the pictured mail today. 12/14/22. POST MARKED 10/19/22. 2 months to deliver a letter from the school in town to my house in the same city. It would be one thing if this was an isolated incident but it isn't. My kids birthday card was 'lost' but was returned to sender and arrived 2 months later with the correct address on it. Packages constantly say delivered days before they show up, if the mail carrier can be bothered to deliver them at all. What if this had been time sensitive mail? It's ridiculous.

I have spoken with a man IN the post office who was very kind and helpful. He is the ONLY one I can say anything positive about. I hate leaving negative reviews, but goodness this is ridiculous. I’ve lived here for 2 years and I constantly get excuses as to why packages aren’t being left. I’m a SAHM so I’m pretty much ALWAYS home. They don’t even try to get out or honk to let me know they’re trying to make a delivery. I collect plants for a hobby, and often times have them shipped. I’ve left notes, called, and even gone into the post office to give permission for my packages to be left by the mailbox or even in my driveway because they’ve tried to say they’re worried my dogs would get my packages. My dogs have boundary collars that only let them go so far. I have 2 small children and getting them both out of the car to spend 5 seconds in the post office is such a hassle. The customer service is lacking greatly and it really is frustrating…

I had a package ? delivered somewhere else. Talked to postmaster who was very nice ? sayingthe mailman remembered he left it at the wrong building. Would check on it. Never heard back had to have the seller replace it. Had to pickup at post office. A week later had notification attempt at 6:45 am. Now, who's awake at that time. Always picking up at post office.

They always tell me delivery was attempted but I wait for my packages every single time and I always have to go pick up my package. Super inconvenient.

I was at home on the 11/12/2021 and the mail person honked there horn at the house instead of coming to the door to deliver my package. She put a note in the mailbox saying we were not home and that the delivery was missed. I needed that package yesterday when it arrived. Today I am at work so I will miss it again. All the mail person had to do was get out of the vehicle and knock on the door. Thanks Ashley Brewer

This is happening far too often. Everyone can make a mistake but I'd say 25% of my packages don't show up on time or are delivered to someone else. Doesn't do much good to call and talk to a PO employee about it. Some of them don't have a clue that the PO offers a service called "Informed Delivery". Yes, a postal employee that doesn't know that USPS offers a service that informs you of your arriving mail that day and of pkgs that day and "coming soon". So here I sit, waiting on the PO to open so I can call about another pkg that was supposed to arrive yesterday (at MY house, not someone else's).

Conner White makes this place! He is always so helpful when I have a question or need customer service. I try to deal with him as much as possible, but I have nothing negative to say about anyone else that works at this location.
