If I could leave no stars I would’ve. I ordered a BUNCH of crewnecks for my boutique and they failed me lol. My crewnecks came spelled in correctly even though I stated clearly what they were suppose to say. The customer service is TERRIBLE. They refused to fix my issue. 10/10 do not recommend. Spend your money else where.

Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I picked up my shirts and realized my design was VERY crooked. And the design was NOT as bright as advertised. If you’re going to advertise a design please get it right. What’s confusing is the two accounts to even get ahold of someone. Just beware ordering from this company!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I purchased a cute Hocus Pocus shirt from The Salty Cactus Boutique. The shirt looked great on the hanger. Unfortunately, when I got home and really looked at the shirt, I noticed the screen print is completely crooked. I contacted the owner of the company and asked for an exchange and was told ALL sales are final.

Someone I know that runs a boutique in East Texas area ordered shirts a long while back and paid for order has not received yet. Horrible customer service?

The owner is an absolute doll! She makes the cutest shirts and I have loved everything I have ever ordered from her! She has a FB group where specials are posted and she is pretty quick on answering questions about pricing and custom orders.
