This is the worst bank I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They never have enough staff on duty and the wait times inside or in the drive through should be a crime. "Monday is our busiest day" is what I hear from them all the time as a reason why my weekend deposits are never ready and that "we have all day to process the deposits" is another. In the lobby there's a quote from Henry Wells that says "We have on very powerful business rule. It is concentrated in one word: courtesy" what a joke. Currently trying to convince the business owner I work for to close their account and go across the street to Bank of America. The disdain I have for this location after being subjected to the WORST customer service for the last 8 months is unbelievable. I don't even know how you resolve something so chaotic. I cannot wait until I no longer have to deal with this.

This bank is always slow. There's always 1 or 2 people working. The bank manager's always on Her phone Laughing at videos. Also forget about the commercial line. They might as well take that down and just let everyone else jump into it?????

This branch was very welcoming. Diana was the banker that assisted me in opening my business account. Was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I had an appointment and she was on time. Shannon is the branch manager and was able to communicate with me via email in reference to the business account I was looking to open prior to my appointment. Which was very helpful that way there was no confusion on what was needed at appointment time.

Me and my mom was with Raquel Perez this morning, and she has been a huge help for us, she helps us with all the questions we had. Literally, we never left the bank feel more appreciated than this. If you want to do anything at Well Fargos at this location, Ms. Perez is the one!! ??

I'd put negative stars if I could. The teller here put 2 fraudulent checks into my account and gave the thief submitting the checks $2500 CASH BACK. My ID was stolen but unless they were my doppelganger, the teller didn't even look at them compared to the ID. The other possibility is that the teller was someone that the thief knew and work in tandem with them. I've never even been in this branch but after 20 years with WF, knowing this can happen, I'm switching banks.
