The bankers at this location are fn stupid !!! Not willing to help don’t know how to explain just a simple we are not able to help you at this moment sitting around looking they just got pulled out of bed!! No help what so ever!!! The so called manager doesn’t know the answer to anything how are you the manager and don’t know anything!! Someone fix it!!

Service is lacking a lot at this location every time I come in 1 girl working window and one working drive through the rear standing around talking. Have 3 ATMs but only one ever works and the line is always long and if you go inside it takes even longer and the girls act they have an attitude or are above you when ask for their help on anything

Went in and spoke with Victor. Probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had interacting with a “business professional”. He tried to mansplain to me the overdraft protection fee even after I explained to him I knew my account was within parameters. I told him I have been with Wells Fargo for almost 10 years and never had an issue with my account and he ended up telling me I can take my business elsewhere.

This bank is closed. Wells Fargo has no branch in this side of Grand Prairie. Please go to the other branch on Carrier Parkway. Again this branch is closed. They offer no services to customers. They only work inside.

I wanted to cash a $5 Wells Fargo check At Wells Fargo I had my driver's license was told needed two forms of ID a debt card or something else I told her I had debt card ,showed her my card she wanted to write my account information down from another bank its a $5 from Wells Fargo check WHY I said no will deposit it in my account at the other bankHaven't had this problem at other banks

Well , Please inform all the customers that Bank at the 75051 Bank on Pioneer Parkway why that location has been closed now for a couple of months. And now I read that it will remain closed for 3 more months. I for one am very dissatisfied with Wells Fargo for not caring or showing any consideration for its customer's at that location.. Its NOT right , Period ..

Very unprofessional the banker at the door in fact 2 bankers a Caucasian man and a Hispanic woman denied my mothers request for 5 months worth of statements in English because she was receiving them in Spanish and they refused to give that to her after she has been a loyal customer for 17 years. She is definitely going to close out her account and take her business else where. We are in a pandemic and WFB is picking and choosing who to assist.

DO NOT BANK WITH THESE PEOPLE! Waited for an HOUR to get attended. Someone comes in way after me and gets attended first AS IF THEY DIDNT SEE MY 5 year old and I standing there for so long! Then looks at me and has the audacity to ask me if I needed help??? Understaffed and unprofessional.
