Terrible customer service, the tellers go to the lunch all at the same time, the lines are very long, only 2 girls serving and always 1 doesn't know anything and the other has to help her, which is why many people change banks

The service is getting worse and worse, to make a transfer you need an appointment, as if COVID were still there, it is better that they close this branch.
