Every one always acts like the Coustamer is an inconvenience they do not want to take time to assist or answer any questions or act like they don't speak English, say they will get someone then no one shows up to assist. If you bring something back for refund or exchange they treat you like you've stolen the items even with a receipt.

Change my stars to -10. Ordered some tires. Was told they were running late, then was told the order was canceled. Now I'm being told I have to wait 10 days for my refund. I was charged prior to a shipment. The shady customer service told me they placed a "hold" and my bank released it. I use cards all the time. Your charges are on hold until the company claims service is rendered. That is how that works. Be very careful and watch the "delivery dates". On a fixed income, $290.11 is a whole lot of money to wait on for non service charges.
