No matter what time of day it is when you call it is a long process getting through the automated system before you are put through to speak to an actual pharmacy employee. Then, when the phone rings to connect you to a person, they pick up the call and immediately put you back on hold without even speaking. I was put on hold 4 times in the same phone call. When someone finally picks up the phone, they are in such a hurry to gather your information and come across rude and impatient. This happened not just one time, but every time I called. I understand they are busy. I would not have a problem being on hold so many times if when they finally do answer, they are not so hurried and pushy about getting my information. They seem put out by the phone call.

A few years ago I switched to another pharmacy because this pharmacy was always out of the medications I needed. So I decided to give them another chance and to my surprise, the same thing is happening. A pharmacy out of medicine, really?

I have had recently the worst customer service at the pharmacy and have had to return up to 3 times to pick up one prescription even after calling on the phone to make sure if it would be ready. The staff on the weekend continues to tell me that there is a new program that they have to order your medicine everytime . I have not had this issue in the past nor have I ever heard of it continuously happening on every medicine I order. I have been a pharmacy tech for 20 years and this is dangerous depending on what medication you are picking up. In my case it was seizure medicine for my daughter and the tech that was there could care less .

Came to the store and the cosmetics has been ringing since I’ve been here for 8 minutes, I went and they told me it would be a while because there is only 2 people and they’re busy, there is literally no one here. So I’m waiting and just pushed the help and still no one has come. I just need nail glue and lash glue. They are just up front talking, im still here waiting with my daughter with something that will take a second to open. I wish y’all could look at the cameras and see them not busy and me just waiting by the lashes waiting for them to unlock so I can grab what I need.

The staff needs to be retrained on how to work the photo desk. Arrived at the estimated time and they hadn't even started printing. Waited over 30 minutes (still waiting as I write this) for 60 5x7 graduation announcements. The employees were nice, but unprofessional and inadequately trained.

They had my prescription for pain relievers for 8 hours now and it's still not ready and I'm in some terrible pain yeah I want to move my business elsewhere

The pharmacy it has the best associates! Idk where they find the ignorance throughout the rest of the store. I spoke to 2 white associates and they just stare as if you’re inhuman. And I actually used to work here, crazy, wouldn’t have normally bothered my but my son was with me. Been this way for at least 3 years now, enough is enough!

I have to get a medication that cannot be auto refilled every month. I have to call I am guaranteed to have to be on hold MINIMUM 30 minutes just to speak to someone. If you go in person it is even worse!

Service is horrible in the pharmacy! When you call you are left on hold while someone keeps picking the line up putting you right back on hold. I will take my business to Kroger.

Walgreens on S. Carrier 75052 is the absolutely worst run pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Last time I tried to talk to a live person I was on hold 12 minutes. Details aside, I would recommend you stay far away if you value your sanity or even hope to get your meds in a timely manner. I'm transferring to CVS at first opportunity. It would be impossible for any store to be run worse than this Walgreens. FYI, their main office customer service is no better.

I have used this pharmacy for at least 15 yrs. I previously lived around the corner but moved to Hillsboro 8 yrs ago and I continue to drive to this Walgreens because of their awesome service. They repeatedly go out of their way to order 1 of my meds from my preferred manufacturer because it works for my body. They willingly do this with a good attitude and always treat me with respect. Yes you sometimes have a little wait time but they are very caring people and well worth my long drive. Thank you to the pharmacy team! Great job!
