I came to Verizon to get assistance on issues I’ve been having for the past 3 months. I’ve called customer service a few times and went into multiple Verizon’s to get both issues resolved and they were either of no help or pointed me in the wrong direction. Just as I was thinking about moving to another carrier I walked into the new Verizon location on Camp Wisdom to try one last attempt to get my issues resolved and Stephen helped me resolve my two issues that same day. I couldn’t believe it! He was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable. I’m so thankful for him and his assistance!
